Abstract

Medication error adalah kesalahan dalam pemberian obat yang dan sering ditemui pada kesalahan penulisan resep obat. Kesalahan ini masih sering luput dari pengawasan sehingga perlu untuk dilakukan skrining atau pengkajian sebagai bentuk pencegahan ketidaklengkapan penulisan resep Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran kelengkapan administratif dan farmasetik pada resep pasien rawat inap di Apotek Rumah Sakit Universitas Kristen Indonesia periode bulan Oktober-Desember 2022 berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI Nomor 73 Tahun 2016. Penelitian ini bersifat non eksperimental dengan rancangan deskriptif yang bersifat retrospektif dengan metode simple random sampling. Dari hasil penelitian menurut standar Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI Nomor 73 Tahun 2016 pada resep pasien rawat inap di Apotek Rumah Sakit Universitas Kristen Indonesia periode bulan Oktober-Desember tahun 2022 menunjukkan bahwa kelengkapan administrasi yaitu inscriptio sebesar 69,77%%, invocatio 60,46%, subscriptio 73,26%, dan pro 65,41%. Sedangkan kelengkapan farmasetis resep yaitu prescriptio sebesar 79,07% dan signatura 33,72%. This error still often goes unnoticed so it is necessary to conduct screening or assessment as a form of prevention of incomplete prescribing The purpose of this study is to find out the picture of administrative and pharmaceutical completeness in inpatient prescriptions at the Indonesian Christian University Hospital Pharmacy for the period October-December 2022 based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 73 of 2016. This research is non-experimental with a retrospective descriptive design with a simple random sampling method. From the results of research according to the standards of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 73 of 2016 on inpatient prescriptions at the Indonesian Christian University Hospital Pharmacy for the period of October-December 2022, it shows that the completeness of administration is inscriptio 69.77%, invocatio 60.46%, subscriptio 73.26%, and pro 65.41 %.
