Abstract
Badan kesehatan sedunia (World health Organization/WHO), menyatakan bahwa Tuberkulosis saat ini menjadi ancaman global dan Indonesia termasuk salah satu xiiating dari 27 negara di dunia dengan kasus Tuberkulosis sebesar 85% .Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran status gizi penderita TB .Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif analitik, penelitian ini akan menggambarkan status gizi penderita TB Paru yang dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Umum Universitas Kristen Indonesia .Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua penderita TB paru yang xiiating dan berobat di Rumah sakit umum universitas Kristen Indonesia tahun 2016-2017 dengan sampel sebanyak 30 pasien.Status gizi pada penderita TB paling banyak yang memiliki status gizi normal (60,0%) dibandingkan yang memiliki status gizi sangat kurus (30,0%) dan obese (3,3%). Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya memperhatikan pola makan yang baik terutama penderita TB dengan status gizi sangat kurus.Perlunya memberikan penyuluhan gizi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang konsumsi makanan penderita sebagai penunjang penyembuhan TB. Katakunci :Tuberkulosis, Status Gizi World health agency (World Health Organization / WHO), stated as Tuberculosis is currently a global threat and Indonesia is one of 27 countries in the world with Tuberculosis cases of 85%. The purpose of this study was to determine the nutritional status of TB. The type of research used is descriptive analytic research, this research will describe the nutritional status of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis done at General Hospital of Universitas Kristen Indonesia. The population in this study were all pulmonary tuberculosis patients who came and treated at the General Hospital of Indonesian Christian University in 2016-2017 with a sample of 30 patients. Nutrition status in most TB patients had normal nutritional status (60.0%) compared with very underweight nutritional status (30.0%) and obesity (3.3%). This research is very need to pay attention to good diet to TB patient with nutrient status is very thin.
