Abstract

Teknologi ibarat pisau bermata dua. Hal itu jelas terlihat dari dampak positif dan negatif yang beriringan. Dewasa ini, masyarakat memang terbantu dengan hadirnya teknologi, tetapi juga merasa terancam akibat munculnya kejahatan siber. Kejahatan siber menyerang seluruh aspek kehidupan masyarakat, termasuk aspek keuangan. Mulai dari penyerangan ransomware hingga penipuan berkedok trading. Pada akhirnya masyarakat mengalami kerugian dengan jumlah yang tidak sedikit. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa strategi pemberantasan terhadap ancaman platform trading ilegal yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Indonesia dan dampak strategi pemberantasan ancaman platform trading ilegal yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang bersumber dari data sekunder. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menggunakan beberapa konsep, yaitu konsep kejahatan transnasional, trading, keamanan siber, dan keamanan manusia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam memberantas ancaman platform trading ilegal terdiri dari 2 bentuk. Pertama bentuk preventif dengan melakukan literasi keuangan, sosialisasi produk atau jasa layanan keuangan legal, dan penutupan platform investasi dan trading ilegal. Kedua, bentuk represif dengan menerapkan fungsi hukum. Strategi-strategi yang dilakukan dinilai berhasil untuk melumpuhkan pelaku tindak kejahatan siber secara sementara. Dengan mengoptimalkan kinerja dan sistem informasi serta membangun kewaspadaan sejak dini akan menekan jumlah kasus kejahatan siber di sektor keuangan. / Technology is like a double-edged sword. This is clearly seen from the positive and negative impacts that go hand in hand. Nowadays, society is assisted by the presence of technology, but they also feel threatened by the emergence of cyber crime. Cybercrime attacks all aspects of people's lives, including financial aspects. Starting from ransomware attacks to fraud under the guise of trading. In the end, the people suffered losses in high numbers. For this reason, this study aims to analyze the strategy for eradicating the threat of illegal trading platforms carried out by the Indonesian government and the impact of the strategy for eradicating the threat of illegal trading platforms carried out by the Indonesian government. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach that originates from secondary data. In addition, this study also uses several concepts, the concept of transnational crime, trading, cyber security, and human security. The results of the study show that the strategy adopted by the government in eradicating the threat of illegal trading platforms consists of 2 forms. The first is a preventive form by carrying out financial literacy, socializing legal financial products or services, and closing illegal investment and trading platforms. Second, repressive form by applying the function of law. The strategies undertaken were deemed successful in temporarily crippling cybercriminals. Optimizing performance and information systems and building vigilance from an early age will reduce the number of cybercrime cases in the financial sector.
