Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan bekerja dari rumah terhadap kinerja dari karyawan magang yang ada di Yayasan Adipurna Inovasi Asia. Yayasan Adipurna Inovasi Asia merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang teknologi edukasi yang berlokasi di Jl. Lembah Nyiur Raya No.1, RT.5/RW.9, Pondok Kelapa, Duren Sawit, Jakarta. Pada penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu studi kasus menggunakan sistim pengumpulan data dengan memberikan (kuisioner), dengan sampel sebanyak 50 orang karyawan magang di Yayasan Adipurna Inovasi Asia. Pengujian hipotesis ini menggunakan teknis statistik analisis korelasi rank sperman. Hasil riset menyatakan bahwa, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan positif antara Work From Home dengan kinerja karyawan, yang ditunjukkan dengan diperoleh nilai thitung (5,707) > t tabel (2,010). Dengan ini nilai korelasi Rank Spearmannya yaitu 0,636. Perusahaan harus lebih memperhatikan memperhatikan kesehatan mental serta beban kerja yang diberikan kepada karyawannya, supaya para karyawan bisa tetap bekerja secara maksimal di masa pandemi seperti ini. / ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the relationship between working from home and the performance of interns at the Adipurna Innovation Asia Foundation. Adipurna Innovation Asia Foundation is a company engaged in education technology which is located on Jl. Valley Nyiur Raya No.1, RT.5/RW.9, Pondok Kelapa, Duren Sawit, Jakarta. This research is descriptive quantitative. This type of research is a case study using a data collection system by giving (questionnaire), with a sample of 50 interns at the Adipurna Innovation Asia Foundation. Testing this hypothesis using statistical techniques of sperm rank correlation analysis. The results of the research state that there is a significant positive relationship between Work From Home and employee performance, which is indicated by the obtained value of tcount (5.707) > t table (2.010). With this, the Spearman Rank correlation value is 0.636. Companies must pay more attention to mental health and the workload given to their employees, so that employees can continue to work optimally during this pandemic.
