Abstract

Hubungan Antara Produktivitas Kerja PT dengan Budaya Organisasi dan kawasan KerjaAstra International Auto2000 Head Office Fleet Division and Leads Management Penelitian ini bertujuan buat memastikan keterkaitan antara lingkungan kerja dengan budaya organisasi dan produktivitas. Metode pengambilan sampel jenuh dipergunakan buat menentukan sampel penelitian, mengganti setiap anggota populasi menjadi sampel Sugiyono (201:85). Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebesar 32 responden, serta data dianalisis menggunakan analisis korelasi spss dan spearman rank. Penelitian ini menemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara produktivitas kerja karyawan menggunakan budaya organisasi, dengan koefisien korelasi peringkat spearman sebanyak 0,604, atau 60,4%, dan taraf signifikansi 0,000, atau kurang asal 0,05.dengan konklusi bahwa korelasi antara budaya organisasi dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan bertenaga dan bernilai tinggi.2) ada korelasi antara lingkungan kerja menggunakan produktivitas karyawan, menggunakan taraf signifikansi 0,000 serta koefisien hubungan peringkat spearman sebanyak 0,758, atau 75,8%. menggunakan konklusi bahwa korelasi antara kedua variabel tadi bertenaga dan sangat dihargai, produktivitas kerja karyawan berkorelasi positif dengan lingkungan kerja. dari temuan penelitian ini, lebih baik mempertahankan nilai-nilai budaya organisasi menggunakan menegakkan peraturan menjadi dasar bagi karyawan buat bekerja guna mencapai peningkatan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Selain itu, lebih baik lebih memperhatikan syarat kerja yang nyaman, seperti kebersihan, yang wajib dijaga di tempat kerja. Selain itu, lebih baik buat selalu menjaga hubungan antara karyawan serta atasan dan buat mengklaim ketersediaan fasilitas di kantor buat mencapai peningkatan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Produktivitas di tempat kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi. / The Connection Between PT's Work Productivity and the Culture of the Organization and the WorkplaceAstra International Auto2000 Head Office Fleet Division and Leads Management This study aims to ascertain the connection between the work environment and organizational culture and productivity.Saturated sampling methods were used to select the study's sample, transforming every member of the population into Sugiyono samples (201:85).This study used a sample of 32 respondents, and the data were analyzed using spss and spearman rank correlation analysis. Additionally, it is preferable to pay more attention to comfortable working conditions, such as cleanliness, which must be maintained in the workplace. Additionally, it is preferable to always maintain relationships between employees and superiors and to guarantee the availability of facilities at work in order to achieve an increase in employee work productivity.
