Abstract

Kecemasan adalah perasaan tidak aman, khawatir dan takut tanpa adanya rangsangan jelas, yang berhubungan dengan respon terhadap perubahan fisiologis (gemetar, tremor, berkeringat, dll). Secara global, sekitar 273 juta, atau 4,5 persen dari populasi dunia, menderita gangguan kecemasan pada tahun 2010. Berdasarkan jenis kelamin, gangguan kecemasan lebih banyak menyerang wanita daripada pria. Penelitian ini merupakan suatu penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, jumlah sampelnya 135 responden. Untuk pemilihan sampel, digunakan prosedur pengambilan sampel umum dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang ditentukan, dan hasil studi diproses dengan program komputer SPSS. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah (HAR-S) Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale. Hasil penelitian memberikan hasil terbanyak yaitu 63 orang (46,7%) mengalami kecemasan ringan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa angkatan 2020 di FK UKI rata-rata berada pada fase kecemasan ringan. Kata Kunci : Kecemasan, HAR-S, FK UKI. / Anxiety is a feeling of insecurity, worry and fear without any clear stimulus, which is associated with a response to physiological changes (shaking, tremor, sweating, etc.). Globally, around 273 million, or 4.5 percent of the world's population, suffered from anxiety disorders in 2010. Based on gender, anxiety disorders affect more women than men. This research is an analytical descriptive quantitative, the number of samples is 135 respondents. For sample selection, a general sampling procedure was used with specified inclusion and exclusion criteria, and the study results were processed with the SPSS computer program. The instrument used in this study was the (HAR-S) Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale. The results of the study gave the most results, namely 63 people (46.7%) experienced mild anxiety.
