Abstract

Cedera Anterior Cruciate Ligament menjadi salah satu cedera yang harus diwaspadai bagi individu yang aktif berolahraga. Hal ini dikarenakan efek jangka panjang yang ditimbulkan dari cedera ini, yaitu instabilitas lutut, robekan meniskus, cedera tulang rawan, dan osteoartritis awal. Pasien akan datang memeriksakan diri setelah merasakan gejala yang nyata seperti rasa nyeri dan instabilitas lutut yang biasanya sudah dalam keadaan ligamen sudah putus atau ruptur karena kurangnya pemahaman dan pengetahuan mengenai cedera tersebut. Pengetahuan mengenai beberapa faktor risiko seperti usia, jenis kelamin, neuromuskular, dan adanya riwayat cedera sebelumnya dapat membantu individu untuk lebih waspada terhadap terjadinya cedera. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik faktor risiko dengan derajat cedera Anterior Cruciate Ligament di Rumah Sakit Royal Progress Sunter. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah pasien cedera Anterior Cruciate Ligament di RS Royal Progress Sunter dengan periode rawat Januari 2021 – Desember 2022 berjumlah 45 subjek dengan cara purposive sampling yang diperoleh dengan data sekunder dari rekam medis. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan Chi Square kemudian dilakukan uji korelasi Rank Spearman. Uji korelasi Spearman faktor risiko dengan derajat cedera adalah usia (r=-0,245, p=0,105), jenis kelamin (r=0,176, p=0,248), neuromuskular, (r=-0,349, p=0,19), dan riwayat cedera sebelumnya (r=-0,118, p=0,441). Didapatkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan pada faktor risiko usia, jenis kelamin, dan riwayat cedera, namun terdapat hubungan signifikan pada faktor risiko neuromuskular di RS Roya Progress Sunter tahun 2021-2022. Kata kunci: Cedera Anterior Cruciate Ligament, Usia, Jenis Kelamin, Neuromuskular, Riwayat Cedera. / Anterior Cruciate Ligament injury is one of the injuries to be warned about for individuals who are active in sports. This is due to the long-term effects of this injury, namely knee instability, meniscus tears, cartilage injuries, and early osteoarthritis. Patients will come for a check-up after feeling noticeable symptoms such as pain and instability of the knee which is usually already in a state of ligament rupture due to lack of understanding and knowledge about the injury. Knowledge of several risk factors such as age, sex, neuromuscularity, and the presence of a history of previous injuries can help individuals to be more alert to the occurrence of injuries. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of risk factors with the degree of Anterior Cruciate Ligament injury at Royal Progress Sunter Hospital. This study was an analytical observational study because it was without intervention with a cross sectional design. The samples in the study were Anterior Cruciate Ligament injury patients at Royal Progress Sunter Hospital with a treatment period of January 2021 – December 2022 totaling 45 subjects by means of purposive sampling obtained with secondary data from medical records. The data obtained was processed using Chi Square and then carried out the Spearman Rank correlation test. Spearman's correlation test of risk factors with degree of injury were age (r=-0.245, p=0.105), sex (r=0.176, p=0.248), neuromuscular, (r=-0.349, p=0.19), and previous injury history (r=-0.118, p=0.441). It was found that there was no significant relationship with risk factors for age, sex, and history of injury, but there was a significant relationship with neuromuscular risk factors at Royal Progress Sunter Hospital in 2021-2022.
