Abstract

Latar Belakang: Stroke merupakan penyakit tidak menular tetapi paling mematikan di dunia. Angka kejadian stroke di dunia masih tinggi salah satunya di negara berkembang yaitu Indonesia. Hal ini diduga karena faktor risiko utama stroke yaitu hipertensi dan diabetes mellitus menjadi salah satu faktor risiko yang paling tinggi di Indonesia. Prevalensi pasien stroke meningkat seiring bertambahnya usia, ditemukan pada Riskesdas 2018 bahwa kelompok usia > 55 tahun berisiko untuk terkena stroke. Tujuan: Mengetahui profil tekanan darah dan gula darah sewaktu sebagai faktor risiko stroke di lingkungan RW 07, Kelurahan Kalisari, Kecamatan Pasar Rebo, Jakarta Timur. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian prospektif yang menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Hasil: Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil yaitu penduduk yang menderita hipertensi 1 sebanyak 12 (21,8%) orang dan hipertensi 2 sebanyak 10 (18,2%) orang; diabetes mellitus sebanyak 5 (9,1%) orang, sedangkan subjek penelitian yang menderita hipertensi disertai diabetes sebanyak 2 orang dan tidak ditemukan subjek yang menderita stroke. Simpulan: Pada lingkungan RW 07, Kelurahan Kalisari, Kecamatan Pasar Rebo, Jakarta Timur tidak terdapat penderita stroke yang disebabkan oleh hipertensi maupun diabetes mellitus. Kata Kunci: Faktor Risiko Stroke, Hipertensi, Diabetes Mellitus, Lansia. / Background: Stroke is a non-communicable disease but the deadliest disease in the world. The incidence of stroke in the world is still high, one of which is in developing countries, namely Indonesia. This is presumably because the main risk factors for stroke, namely hypertension and diabetes mellitus, are among the highest risk factors in Indonesia. The prevalence of stroke patients increases with age, it was found in the 2018 Riskesdas that the age group > 55 years is at risk of having a stroke. Purpose: To determine the profile of blood pressure and blood sugar as a risk factor for stroke in RW 07, Kalisari Village, Pasar Rebo District, East Jakarta. Methods: This research is a prospective study using descriptive research methods. Results: Based on the research conducted, the results showed that there were 22 people suffering from hypertension 1 and hypertension 2; diabetes as many as 5 (9.1%) people, while research subjects who suffered from hypertension accompanied by diabetes were 2 people and no subjects had strokes. Conclusion: In the environment of RW 07, Kalisari Village, Pasar Rebo District, East Jakarta are no stroke sufferers caused by hypertension or diabetes mellitus.
