Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman jenis tumbuhan di zona riparian Sungai Buaran, Jakarta Timur. Penelitian pada zona riparian dilakukan di empat lokasi yaitu hulu, tengah, dan hilir sungai. Metode yang digunakan adalah purposive dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara pembuatan plot dengan kriteria tingkat herba, perdu dan pohon. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa keanekaragaman jenis tumbuhan yang ditemukan sebanyak 73 spesies, 65 genus yang termasuk dalam 36 famili. Indeks Nilai Penting (INP) dengan jumlah yang tinggi dimiliki oleh Jarak Kepyar (Ricinus Communis) (57,9976). Keanekaragaman jenis tumbuhan (H’) di sungai buaran dikategorikan tinggi (4,9056). Kata Kunci : Sungai Buaran, Zona Riparian This study aims to determine the diversity of plant species in riparian zone (edge) Buaran River, East Jakarta. Research on riparian zones was carried out at four locations: upstream, middle, and downstream of the river. The method used is purposive and sampling is done by making plots with criteria of the level of herbs, shrubs and trees. The results of this study indicate that the diversity of plant species found were 73 species, 65 genera included in 36 families. A high number of Important Value Index (IVI) is owned by Distance Kepyar (Ricinus Communis) (57,9976). The diversity of plant species (H ') in the river is categorized as high (4,9056).
