Abstract

Dismenore primer adalah timbulnya kram menstruasi tanpa disertai kelainan pada genital dan hampir selalu pertama kali terjadi setelah siklus ovulasi wanita stabil pada wanita usia 20 tahun ke bawah. Gaya hidup seseorang, seperti aktivitas fisik, stres, konsumsi makanan cepat saji, dan perokok pasif, dapat berdampak pada dismenore primernya. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan gaya hidup dengan prevalensi dismenore primer pada mahasiswi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Kristen Indonesia Angkatan 2019. Dengan jumlah sampel 97 mahasiswi, penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian observasional analitik jenis potong lintang. Dismenore primer, aktivitas fisik, stres, konsumsi makanan cepat saji, dan perokok pasif merupakan variabel penelitian. Kuesioner Numeric Rating Scale, Global Physical Activity Questionnaire, kuesioner Kessler Psychological Distress Scale, Food Frequency Questionnaire dan kuesioner perokok pasif digunakan dalam proses pengumpulan data. Analisis data secara univariat, bivariat (chi-square), dan multivariat (analisis regresi logistik). Menurut penelitian, 86,6% responden mengalami dismenore primer. Sebanyak 47,4% responden melaporkan melakukan aktivitas fisik ringan, 33% responden melaporkan stres ringan, 82,5% responden mengatakan sering konsumsi makanan cepat saji, dan 72,2% responden merupakan perokok pasif. Korelasi antara dismenore primer dengan tingkat aktivitas fisik (p=0,046), tingkat stres (p=0,009), konsumsi makanan cepat saji (p=0,000), dan perokok pasif (p=0,000). Ditemukan bahwa adanya hubungan bermakna antara tingkat aktivitas fisik, tingkat stres, konsumsi makanan cepat saji (fast food), dan perokok pasif. Kata kunci : Dismenore Primer, Gaya Hidup, Aktivitas Fisik, Stres, Konsumsi Makanan Cepat Saji, Perokok Pasif. / Primary dysmenorrhea is menstrual cramps without genital organ abnormalities and almost always occurs for the first time in women aged 20 years and under after regular ovulation cycles. Primary dysmenorrhea can be caused by several factors including lifestyle such as level of physical activity, stress level, consuming fast food (fast food), and passive smoking. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between lifestyle consisting of levels of physical activity, stress levels, consuming fast food, and passive smoking with the prevalence of primary dysmenorrhea in female students at the Faculty of Medicine, Indonesian Christian University Class of 2019. This study used an observational research design. cross-sectional analysis with a total sample of 97 female students. The variables of this study were primary dysmenorrhea, physical activity, stress, consumption of fast food and passive smoking. Data collection was carried out using the Numeric Rating Scale questionnaire, the Global Physical Activity Questionnaire, the Kessler Psychological Distress Scale questionnaire, the Food Frequency Questionnaire and the passive smoking questionnaire. Data analysis was univariate, bivariate (chi-square), and multivariate (logistic regression analysis). The results showed that respondents with primary dysmenorrhea were 86.6%. Respondents who had a light physical activity level of 47.4%. Respondents who had a mild stress level of 33%. Respondents who often eat fast food are 82.5%. Respondents who were passive smokers were 72.2%. Correlation between primary dysmenorrhea and physical activity level (p=0.046), stress level (p=0.009), consumption of fast food (p=0.000), and passive smoking (p=0.000). There was a strong correlation between the level of physical activity, the level of stress, the consumption of fast food, and passive smoking.
