Abstract

Perjudian online saat ini marak di media sosial maupun lingkungan masyarakat dan menyebabkan kerugian bagi masa depan, fenomena perjudian saat ini menjadi permasalahan hukum yang harus dilakukan penegakan dengan maksimal. perjudian online yang sangat terkenal saat ini yaitu perjudian slot online, karena pola permainan yang mudah dan mendapatkan keuntungan yang besar dan memiliki tawaran menarik, Perjudian slot mudah diakses dan selalu dipromosikan dimana saja dan hal itu menyebabkan ketergangguan terhadap masyarakat akan kehadiran di media sosial dalam promosi-promosi perjudian slot online serta penegakan hukum terhadap oknum influencer yang secara sadar dan sah mempromosikan perjudian slot, namun belum ada penegakan hukum. hal ini berkaitan dengan Rumusan masalah dalam skripsi ini yaitu perlindungan hukum terhadap masyarakat dari promosi judi slot di media sosial dan penegakan hukum terhadap oknum influencer dalam mempromosikan perjudian slot online. Penelitian ini merupakan hukum normatif dengan perbandingan kasus dalam penerapan penegakan hukum.Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa bahan hukum primer: Undang-undang Dasar 1945 Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Pidana, Undang-undang Informasi Transaksi Elektronik No. 11 Tahun 2008. sedangkan bahan hukum sekunder diperoleh dari buku-buku, maupun literatur lain. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan perlindungan hukum kepada masyarakat atas promosi perjudian slot yang mengganggu aktivitas serta penegakan hukum terhadap oknum influencer yang masih berkeliaran diluar sana. / Online gambling is rampant in social media and society, causing harm to the future. The phenomenon of gambling has become a legal issue that needs to be enforced maximally. One of the most famous online gambling is online slot gambling, due to its easy gameplay and the potential to win big and have attractive offers. Online slot gambling is easily accessible and always promoted everywhere, causing harm to society from the presence of online slot gambling promotions in social media and lack of law enforcement against influencers who knowingly and legally promote online slot gambling. This is related to the research problem in this thesis, which is the legal protection of society from the promotion of online slot gambling in social media and the enforcement of the law against influencers who promote online slot gambling. This research is a normative law study with a comparative case analysis in the enforcement of the law. The data used is secondary data in the form of primary legal materials: the 1945 Constitution, the Criminal Law Book, and the Electronic Information Transactions Law No. 11 of 2008. Secondary legal materials were obtained from books and other literature. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the enforcement of legal protection for society against the promotion of online slot gambling that disrupts activities and enforcement of the law against influencers who are still roaming outside still need improvement.
