Abstract

Remaja dengan statusnya yang disebut sebagai generasi penerus bangsa yang mampu memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap pembangunan kesejahteraan dan masa depan pada lingkungan masyarakatnya. Kenakalan biasa dapat mengarahkan para remaja ke pergaulan yang menimbulkan berbagai peristiwa atau kejadian yang dapat menggerakkan peraturan hukum, Salah satu contoh dari peristiwa tersebut adalah penyalahgunaan narkotika. Di dalam penulisan , terdapat tinjauan pustaka tentang pengertian Kriminologi,pengertian remaja,pengertian kejahatan ,jenis-jenis narkotika serta pengertian dan bentuk tindak pidana peredaran Narkotika. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan ini menjelaskan: Faktor penyebab penyalahgunaan narkotika oleh remaja menurut Para Ahli, Aparat Berwenang, Mantan Pemakai. Penulis juga menyertakan upaya upaya dalam menanggulangi terjadinya Tindak Pidana Penyalahgunaan narkoba oleh para aparatur negara. Terdapat kesimpulan dari penulisan serta saran yg di sampaikan oleh penulis sehubungan dengan permasalahan tindak pidana penyalahgunaan narkoba oleh remaja Kata Kunci : Kriminologis , Narkoba , Remaja./ Teenagers with their status are referred to as the next generation of the nation who are able to make a real contribution to the development of prosperity and the future of the community. Ordinary delinquency can lead teenagers into relationships that lead to various events or events that can move the rule of law. One example of these events is the misuse of narcotics.The results of this study and discussion explain: Factors causing narcotics abuse by adolescents according to Experts, Authorized Apparatuses, Former Users, and efforts to limit them. In writing, there is a literature review on the definition of Criminology, the understanding of adolescents, the definition of crime, types of narcotics as well as the definition and form of criminal acts of Narcotics distribution.The author also includes efforts to tackle the occurrence of Criminal Acts of Drug Abuse by the state apparatus.There are conclusions from the writing as well as suggestions submitted by the author in connection with the problem of drug abuse by adolescents Keywords: Criminologicalcrime – Narkotics - Teenangers
