Abstract

Dalam mempercepat penanganan dan mengantisipasi penyebaran Covid-19, pemerintah menugaskan Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB) sebagai Satgas Penanganan Covid-19. Menanggapi hal tersebut, BNPB mengembangkan dan memperluas inklusivitas aplikasi Inarisk Personal mengenai informasi Covid-19 untuk dapat mengedukasi masyarakat dan memberikan rekomendasi mitigasi penanganan Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi aplikasi Inarisk Personal BNPB dalam mengantisipasi penyebaran Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang mana peneliti menginterpretasikan dan menjelaskan suatu fenomena yang terjadi melalui pengumpulan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi aplikasi Inarisk Personal memiliki empat kategorisasi yang terdiri dari implementasi aplikasi Inarisk Personal berdasarkan pemetaan penyebaran Covid-19, rumah sakit rujukan, protokol kesehatan, dan penilaian individu, keluarga dan desa. Selama penggunaan aplikasi Inarisk Personal BNPB dalam mengantisipasi penyebaran Covid-19, BNPB perlu adanya evaluasi yang harus dilakukan terkait upaya sosialisasi yang dilakukan dalam memperkenalkan aplikasi Inarisk Personal kepada masyarakat untuk melihat sejauh mana keberhasilan yang dicapai. Kata kunci: Implementasi, Media Digital, Strategi Komunikasi, Aplikasi. / In accelerating the handling and anticipating the spread of Covid-19, the government has assigned the Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB) as the Covid-19 Handling Task Force. In response to this, BNPB developed and expanded the inclusivity of the Inarisk Personal application regarding Covid-19 information to be able to educate the public and provide mitigation recommendations for handling Covid-19. This study aims to find out how to implement the Inarisk Personal application as a form of BNPB communication strategy in anticipating the spread of Covid-19. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative in which the researcher interprets and explains a phenomenon that occurs through collection using in-depth interviews and observation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Inarisk Personal application has four categorizations consisting of the implementation of the Inarisk Personal application based on mapping the spread of Covid-19, referral hospitals, health protocols, and individual, family and village assessments. During the use of the Inarisk Personal BNPB application in anticipating the spread of Covid-19, BNPB needs an evaluation that must be carried out regarding the socialization efforts carried out in introducing the Inarisk Personal application to the public to see how far the success has been achieved.
