Abstract

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) adalah virus yang menyerang sistem kekebalan tubuh, khususnya sel darah putih (CD4).1 Virus HIV dapat berkembang menjadi Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) yaitu sekumpulan gejala penyakit yang muncul karena melemahnya sistem kekebalan tubuh yang disebabkan oleh infeksi virus HIV. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik demografi (usia, jenis kelamin, lokasi tempat tinggal, suku, pendidikan, pekerjaan, status pernikahan dan pembiayaan) dan klinis (riwayat HIV, diagnosis pasien, indeks masa tubuh, terapi ARV, penyakit penyerta, riwayat terinfeksi HIV, dan kepatuhan kontrol 1 tahun terakhir) pada penderita HIV positif di RSUD Merauke. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan studi retrospektif. Sampel pada penelitian diambil menggunakan metode consecutive pada rekam medik Klinik Anim-Ha pasien HIV positif di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Merauke dari tahun 2017 – 2020. Pengolahan data yang telah terkumpul melalui rekam medik dilakukan dengan menggunakan program IBM SPSS (Statistical for Social Science) for Windows edition 25.0 dan program Microsoft Office Excel 2019. Setelah itu dilakukan analisis data secara deskriptif. Pada karakteristik demografi ditemukan usia terbanyak terinfeksi HIV yaitu 17-35 tahun, lokasi terbanyak terdapat di Kelurahan Kelapa V, mayoritas suku yang terinfeksi adalah non-papua, dengan Pendidikan terakhir terbanyak adalah SMA/SMK, status pekerjaan ditemukan terbanyak pada karyawan swasta, ditemukan terbanyak pada pasien yang belum menikah, dan mayoritas menggunakan BPJS Mandiri untuk pembiayaan. Pada Karakterik klinis ditemukan pasien yang terinfeksi HIV terbanyak pada pasien yang telah memiliki pasangan, dengan infeksi oportunistik terbanyak adalah kandidiasis oral, jenis pemeriksaan terbanyak adalah mikroskopik, dengan tatalaksana terbanyak cotrimoxazole, Indeks Massa Tubuh terbanyak adalah pasien dengan IMT normal, dan untuk terapi ARV terbanyak adalah NRTI dan NNRTI, penyakit penyerta terbanyak adalah malaria , dan pasien terbanyak ada heterosexual serta untuk kepatuhan kontrol terbanyak adalah patuh. This study aims to determine demographic characteristics (age, sex, location of residence, ethnicity, education, occupation, marital status and financing) and clinical (HIV history, patient diagnosis, body mass index, ARV therapy, co-morbidities, history of HIV infection , and control compliance in the last 1 year) in HIV positive patients at Merauke Hospital. This research is a descriptive study using a retrospective study. The sample in this study was taken using the consecutive method on the medical records of the Anim-Ha Clinic of HIV positive patients at the Merauke Regional General Hospital from 2017 - 2020. Data processing that had been collected through medical records was carried out using the IBM SPSS (Statistical for Social Science) program for Windows edition 25.0 and the Microsoft Office Excel 2019 program. After that, a descriptive analysis of the data was carried out. In demographic characteristics, it was found that the most age infected with HIV was 17-35 years, the most locations were in Kelapa V Village, the majority of infected ethnicities were non-Papuans, with the most recent education being SMA/SMK, employment status was found mostly in private employees, found the most in unmarried patients, and the majority use BPJS Mandiri for financing. In clinical characteristics, it was found that the most HIV-infected patients were patients who had partners, with the most opportunistic infections were oral candidiasis, the most types of examination were microscopy, with the most co-trimoxazole treatment, the most Body Mass Index were patients with normal BMI, and the most for ARV therapy are NRTI and NNRTI, the most comorbid disease is malaria, and the most patients are heterosexual and for control adherence the most are adherents.
