Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan bagaimana sistem peralihan hak atas kendaraan bermotor di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat, seberapa efisien pemungutan serah terima mobil di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat dan faktor yang mempengaruhi bentuk peralihan hak tersebut. untuk kendaraan roda dua (motor) di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat dan mengatakan celah dalam perpajakan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran wajib pajak akan pentingnya membayar pajak meningkat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem pemindahtanganan kepemilikan kendaraan bermotor di provinsi Kalimantan Barat, untuk mengetahui efisiensi pemungutan setoran transfer kendaraan bermotor di provinsi Kalimantan Barat dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor mempengaruhi sistem pengumpulan. tentang Pengalihan Kepemilikan Kendaraan Bermotor di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat, agar dapat mengetahui berapa besar penerimaan BBNKB di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini ialah metode kualitatif yakni, penelitian yang memiliki dasar deskriptif untuk memahami fenomena lebih dalam dan menggunakan data lapangan dan teori-teori yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan wawancara dengan staf UPT PPD SAMSAT Provinsi Kalimantan Barat dan data sekunder berupa informasi yang diperoleh dari kantor UPT PPD SAMSAT Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Data yang diperoleh berupa Realisasi penerimaan Bea Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor Tahun 2021 dengan nilai jual sebesar 12,5% Kata Kunci : Sistem Pemungutan, Efektivitas, Bea Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor. / This study describes how the system of transfer of rights to motorized vehicles is in West Kalimantan Province, how efficient is the collection of car handovers in West Kalimantan Province and the factors that influence the form of the transfer of rights. for two-wheeled vehicles (motorcycles) in West Kalimantan Province and said gaps in taxation to increase taxpayer awareness of the importance of paying taxes are increasing. The purpose of this study was to determine the transfer system of motorized vehicle ownership in the province of West Kalimantan, to determine the efficiency of collection of motor vehicle transfer deposits in the province of West Kalimantan and to determine the factors influencing the collection system. concerning Transfer of Ownership of Motorized Vehicles in West Kalimantan Province, in order to find out how much BBNKB revenue is received in West Kalimantan Province. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, namely, research that has a descriptive basis to understand the phenomenon more deeply and uses field data and existing theories. This study used observations and interviews with UPT PPD SAMSAT staff in West Kalimantan Province and secondary data in the form of information obtained from the UPT PPD SAMSAT office in West Kalimantan Province.
