Abstract

Preeklampsia adalah penyulit kehamilan akut dan dapat terjadi ante, intra, dan post partum. Pada kehamilan, preeklampsia/eklampsia ditandai dengan onset pada usia kehamilan >20 minggu, konsentrasi protein ≥ 30 mg (≥ 1+ pada dipstick), tekanan darah sistolik ≥ 140 mmHg atau tekanan darah diastolik ≥ 90 mmHg, dan hilangnya semua kelainan ini sebelum akhir minggu ke-enam postpartum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil preeklampsia/eklampsia pada ibu hamil di Rumah Sakit MK Kabupaten Bekasi tahun 2013-2015. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif-eksploratif dan retrospektif, menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 68 pasien. Seluruh data yang telah terkumpul akan diolah secara statistik menggunakan program Statistic Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan angka kejadian 2,08% dengan persentase faktor risiko tertinggi ada pada usia kehamilan ≥36 minggu (64,7%), multigravida (61,7%), proteinuria +3 dipstick (55,9%), pekerjaan Ibu Rumah Tangga (48,5%), nulipara (41,2%), tingkat pendidikan SMA (38,2%), IMT 25-29.99 (35,3%), dan kelompok umur ≥35 tahun (4,3%). Pada penelitian ini didapatkan hasil yang relatif sama dengan penelitian/kepustakaan lain pada variabel kelompok umur, usia kehamilan, dan jumlah persalinan. Kata Kunci: Preeklampsia, Eklampsia, Kehamilan. / Preeclampsia is an acute complication of pregnancy and may occur ante, intra, and post partum. In pregnancy, preeclampsia/eclampsia is define by onset at >20 weeks gestational age, protein concentrations ≥30 mg (≥1+ on dipstick), a systolic blood pressure ≥140 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure ≥90 mmHg as measured, and the disappearance of all these abnormalities before the end of the 6th week postpartum. This study aims to determine the characteristics of preeclampsia/eclampsia in pregnant women in MK Bekasi district hospital. This study was a descriptive-exploratory and retrospective, using total sampling technique with the number of samples used is 68 patients. All data that have been collected will be processed statistically using the Statistic Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) program. The result showed that the highest percentage is in the ≥36 weeks of pregnancy (64,7%), multigravida (61.7%), +3 dipstick proteinuria (55.9%), Housewife (48,5%), nullipara (41.2%), BMI 25-29.99 (35,3%), the level of high school education (38.2%), and age group ≥35 years (4.3%). In this study, the variable results of which are relatively similar to other researches/literatures on age groups, gestational age, and number of deliveries.
