Abstract

Profil hemodinamik pasien yang menjalani seksio sesarea dengan anestesi spinal di RSU UKI periode tahun 2014-2016 Anestesi Spinal umumnya lebih dipilih untuk operasi sesar. Proses persalinan seksio sesarea dengan anestesi spinal memiliki efek hemodinamik seperti hipotensi dan bradikardia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil hemodinamik pasien yang menjalani seksio sesarea dengan anestesi spinal di RSU UKI periode tahun 2014-2016. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif retrospektif, dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 60 pasien, didapatkan dari data rekam medis RSU UKI. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan, 83% pasien mengalami penurunan TDS setelah anestesi spinal dengan ra penurunan 13%, 81,7% pasien mengalami penurunan TDD setelah anestesi spinal dengan rata-rata penurunan 17%, 96,7% pasien mengalami penurunan frekwensi nadi setelah anestesi spinal dengan rata-rata penurunan 18%, 96,7% pasien mengalami penurunan MAP setelah anestesi spinal dengan rata-rata penurunan 16%, dan penurunan hemodinamik pasien seksio sesarea dengan anestesi spinal di RSU UKI tahun 2014-2016 rata-rata dalam batas normal. Kata Kunci : anestesi spinal, seksio sesarea, hemodinamik./Hemodynamic profile of patients undergoing cesarean section with spinal anesthesia at RSU UKI period of 2014-2016 Spinal anesthesia is generally preferred for cesarean section. The process of cesarean section delivery with spinal anesthesia has hemodynamic effects such as hypotension and bradycardia. This study aims to determine the hemodynamic profile of patients undergoing cesarean section with spinal anesthesia at RSU UKI period 2014-2016. The method that used is retrospective descriptive analysis with a sample of 60 patients obtained from medical record data of RSU UKI. The results of this study showed that, 83% of patients experienced a decrease in SBP after spinal anesthesia with an average 13% reduction, 81% of patients experienced a decrease in DBP after spinal anesthesia with an average 17% reduction, 96,7% of patients experienced a decrease in heart rate after spinal anesthesia with an average 18% reduction, 96,7% of patients experienced a decrease in MAP after spinal anesthesia with an average 13% reduction and the decrease of hemodynamic casarean section patients with spinal anesthesia in UKI hospital period of 2014 – 2016 is an average within normal limits.
