Abstract

Sectio Caesarea merupakan salah satu trauma fisik yang disengaja, dimana dilakukan tindakan pembedahan untuk melahirkan janin dengan cara insisi dinding perut dan dinding rahim. Angka kejadian Sectio Caesarea di dunia 45,5%, di tingkat nasional 45,3%, di Indonesia 17,6% sedangkan di DKI Jakarta sebesar 31,3% (Kemenkes RI, 2019). Tujuan studi kasus ini melakukan asuhan keperawatan pada ibu Post Sectio Caesarea dengan penerapan Relaksasi Napas Dalam untuk mengurangi Nyeri di RS TK.II Moh. Ridwan Meuraksa. Metode : Penelitian ini berupa studi kasus dengan membandingkan tingkat keberhasilan dua pasien yang berfokus pada diagnosa keperawatan yang sama yaitu nyeri, pemberian asuhan keperawatan berlangsung selama 3 hari untuk setiap pasien, dimulai tanggal 11 April – 16 April 2022, yang meliputi wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan TTV, pemeriksaan fisik, observasi skala nyeri numerik. Hasil : Pada pasien 1 ditemukan skala nyeri 7 menjadi skala 3, sedangkan pada pasien 2 skala nyeri 5 menjadi skala 2. Kesimpulan : Teknik relaksasi napas dalam mampu menurunkan intensitas nyeri pada pasien post Sectio Caesarea di RS TK.II Moh.Ridwan Meuraksa. Faktor yang mendukung dalam penyembuhan pasien adalah pasien yang kooperatif dan motivasi dari diri pasien. Kata Kunci : Relaksasi napas dalam, Sectio Caesarea, Nyeri./ Sectio Caesarea is a deliberate physical trauma, where surgery is performed to give birth to the fetus by incising the abdominal wall and uterine wall. The incidence of Sectio Caesarea in the world is 45.5%, at the national level 45.3%, in Indonesia 17.6% while in DKI Jakarta it is 31.3% (Kemenkes RI, 2019). Objective: To provide nursing care for Post Sectio Caesarea mothers with the application of Deep Breathing Relaxation to reduce pain in RS TK.II Moh. Ridwan Meuraksa. Methods: This research is a case study with the provision of nursing care for 3 days from April 11 to April 16, 2022, which includes interviews, observations, TTV examinations, physical examinations, numerical pain scale observations, as well as comparing the success rates of two patients focusing on diagnosis. The same treatment is pain. Results: In patient 1, the pain scale was found to be 7 to a scale of 3, while in patient 2 the pain scale was 5 to a scale of 2. Conclusion: The deep breathing relaxation technique was able to reduce pain intensity in patients with post Sectio Caesarea at RS TK.II Moh.Ridwan Meuraksa.
