Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dampak kompetensi kepribadian guru Pendidikan agama Kristen terhadap kedisiplinan siswa di SMA Perguruan Rakyat 2 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Partisipan adalah siswa dan guru di SMA Perguruan Rakyat 2 Jakarta. Jumlah partisipan yang diwawancarai sebanyak 8 partisipan. Dalam melaksanakan penelitian penulis menggunakan pedoman wawancara untuk mengetahui kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap kedisiplinan siswa di SMA Perguruan Rakyat 2 Jakarta. Dalam hal ini, penulis mendapatkan hasil bahwa kompetensi kepribadian guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen belum cukup berdampak terhadap kedisiplinan siswa karena melalui hasil dari observasi dan wawancara masih banyak siswa yang tidak taat terhadap aturan guru dan mengabaikan atau mengacuhkan aturan yang sudah guru berikan sehingga masih banyak siswa yang bolos dan terlambat dalam mengikuti pelajaran agama kristen. Maka karena itu guru harus mempersiapkan diri dan memiliki kompetensi kepribadian yang mantap, stabil, dan dewasa karena sangat penting untuk spiritual dan intelktual siswa di kedepannya Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Kepribadian Guru, Kedisiplinan Siswa This research was conducted to find out impact of the personality competence of Christian religious education teachers in Perguruan Rakyat 2 Jakarta High School. The research method used in this research is qualitative with descriptive research type. Participants are students and teachers at Perguruan Rakyat 2 Jakarta High School. The number of participants interviewed was 8 participants. In conducting research, the writer uses interview guidelines to determine the teacher's personal competence on student discipline at SMA Perguruan Rakyat 2 Jakarta High school. In this case, the authors get results from the competence of teachers of Christian Religious Education is not enough on student discipline because through the results of observations and interviews there are still many students who do not obey the teacher and ignore the teacher who has made it possible to help many students who skip and skip lessons Christianity. Therefore, teachers must prepare themselves and have a strong, stable, and mature personality competency because it is very important for spiritual and intellectual students in the future.
