Abstract
DAVID HAVOSAN, Hubungan Insentif dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Masa Pendemi Covid-19 di PT. Arteri Cipta Rencana. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa hubungan insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Arteri Cipta Rencana serta untuk menganalisa hubungan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Arteri Cipta Rencana. Periode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dari Maret 2022 sampai Juni 2022. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengolahan data deskriptif yang terdisi atas Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, dan Uji Rank Spearman. Popolasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 70 orang sedangkan untuk sampel sebanyak 41 orang yang di ambil dengan teknik probability sampling. Data yang digunakan berupa biodata karyawan PT. Arteri Cipta Rencana serta pertanyaan yang terdiri atas 15 pertanyaan dari masing-masing variabel dengan total pertanyaan sebanyak 45 pertanyaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh pertanyaan yang mewakili tiga variabel tersebut bersifat valid dan realibel. Untuk pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan uji korelasi rank spearman menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara insentif dengan kinerja dan juga terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara lingkungan kerja dan kinerja. Saran penulis dari penelitian ini yaitu agar perusahaan dapat lebih memperhatikan kebutuhan karyawan seperti pemberian insentif yang sesuai dengan kinerja dan memperhatikan kondisi lingkungan kerja agar tetap dalam keadaan baik. Dengan kedua kondisi tersebut, karyawan dapat lebih meningkatkan kinerjanya lagi. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of incentives to the performance of employees of PT. Artery Cipta Plan as well as to analyze the relationship of the work environment to the performance of employees of PT. Arteri Cipta Rencana. The research period used is from March 2022 to June 2022. The type of data used in this study is quantitative research using descriptive data processing methods consisting of Validity Test, Reliability Test, and Spearman Rank Test. The population in this study was 70 people, while for the sample, 41 people were taken using probability sampling technique. The data used in the form of employee biodata of PT. Arteri Cipta Rencana and questions consisting of 15 questions from each variable with a total of 45 questions. The results showed that all questions representing the three variables were valid and reliable. For hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that by using the spearman rank correlation test, it shows that there is a significant relationship between incentives and performance and there is also a significant relationship between work environment and performance. The author's suggestion from this research is that the company can pay more attention to the needs of employees such as providing incentives that are in accordance with performance and pay attention to the conditions of the work environment in order to remain in good condition.
