Abstract
Fredrik Elias Talakua. Pengembangan desain kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Kristen dengan menggunakan filosofi “Ing Ngarsa Sung Tulada, Ing Madya Mangun Karso, Tut Wuri Handayani" di Gereja Kristen Jawa Bandung. Tesis Program Studi Magister Pendidikan Agama Kristen, Program Pascasarjana Universitas Kristen Indonesia, Jakarta, 2019. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu desain kurikulum pendidikan agama Kristen di Gereja Kristen Jawa Bandung yang mengadopsi nilai-nilai filosofi dari Ki Hajar Dewantara yaitu: “Ing Ngarsa Sung Tulada, Ing Madya Mangun Karso, Tut Wuri Handayani". Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam hal ini, peneliti mendeskripsikan data yang diperoleh dari lapangan guna mendapatkan gambaran yang jelas terhadap masalah yang sedang diteliti. Penelitian kualitatif mengkaji prespektif partisipan dengan strategi yang bersifat interaktif dan fleksibel. Sampel ditetapkan menggunakan model sampel bertujuan (purposive sampling). Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 orang yang terdiri 5 anggota majelis dan 5 orang tenaga fulltime. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan model deskripsi analitis. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa sumber daya manusia pendidik Pendidikan Agama Kristen di Gereja Kristen Jawa Bandung ditemukan bahwa secara konseptual pemahaman tentang Pendidikan Agama Kristen dan Kurikulum dari pejabat gerejawi dan tenaga fulltime Pendidikan Agama Kristen masuk pada kategori kurang. Sekalipun sarana Pendidikan Agama Kristen telah difasilitasi dengan proporsional dan dengan media yang lengkap namun masalah yang mendasar justru pada sumber daya manusia yang mengeksekusi pengajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen di gereja secara langsung, yaitu: pengajar Sekolah Minggu, Pembina Remaja, pendamping Pemuda dan Muda Dewasa, pendamping Jemaat dewasa yang setia dalam pelayanan ditemukan kenyataannya bahwa mereka belum secara serius memikirkan jenis, asas, komponen dan model desain kurikulum yang tepat dan aplikatif dengan kebutuhan naradidik di gereja di era milenial saat ini. Sehingga ada kebutuhan untuk mendapatkan pembekalan yang menyeluruh. Dari penelitian didapatkan fakta bahwa semua pihak menganggap sangat penting gereja memiliki desain kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Kristen bermuatan kearifan lokal yang mengandung nilai filosofi “Ing Ngarsa Sung Tulada, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa, Tut Wuri Handayani”. Hal ini mengidentifikasikan bahwa kurikulum-kurikulum yang secara umum dan langsung digunakan oleh pendidik di Gereja Kristen Jawa Bandung belum menyentuh persoalan mendasar yang bernama kebudayaan asli dan simbol tradisi asli dari kekayaan kebudayaan Jawa sebagai identitas kesukuan mereka. Ini menandakan bahwa ada kesempatan dan peluang yang sangat besar bagi pendidik, Majelis dan stakeholder di lingkungan Gereja Kristen Jawa Bandung untuk melakukan upaya serius mendesain suatu Kurikulum dengan menggunakan kearifan lokal sebagai materi yang mendominasi isi Pendidikan Agama Kristen gereja. Karena secara teologis, psikologis dan teori pendidikan filosofi “Ing Ngarsa Sung Tulada, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa, Tut Wuri Handayani” memiliki keunikan dan kemampuan adaptasi dengan nilai-nilai kekristenan yang Alkitabiah dan kaidah standard pendidikan modern di jaman modern dan global kini. Development of the Christian Religious Education Curriculum Design Using The Philosophy Of "Ing Ngarsa Sung Tulada, Ing Madya Mangun Karso, Tut Wuri Handayani" At The Javanese Christian Church in Bandung. Thesis Master of Christian Religious Education Study Program, Postgraduate Program in Indonesian Christian University, Jakarta, 2019. This study aims to develop a Christian religious education curriculum design in the Javanese Christian Church in Bandung is that adopts the philosophical values from Ki Hajar Dewantara, namely: "Ing Ngarsa Sung Tulada, Ing Madya Mangun Karso, Tut Wuri Handayani." This study used a qualitative descriptive method . In this case, the researcher describes the data obtained from the field in order to get a clear picture of the problem being studied. The qualitative research examines participant perspectives with the interactive and flexiblestrategies. The sample is determined by using a purposive sampling model. The informants in this study amounted to 10 people consisting of 5 assembly members and 5 fulltime staffs. The data was collected using interview techniques, while the data analysis techniques used analytical description models. From the results of this study it was found that human resources the educators there Curriculum of ecclesiastical officials and fulltime staffs of the Javanese Christian church, are ini the less category of the conceptual understanding of Christian Religious Education. Even though the facilities of Christian Religious Education have been facilitated proportional and with the complete medias, the basic problem is precisely the human resources that execute directly the teaching of Christian Education in the church, namely: Sunday School instructors, Adolescent Trustees, Adult Youth and Young Companions, The adult congregation companions that are loyal to the ministry have not seriously thought about the types, principles, components and models of curriculum design that are appropriate and applicable to the needs of educators in the church in the current millennial era. So there is a need to get comprehensive debriefing. From the research, there is fact that all parties consider it very important for the church have a Christian Education curriculum design that contains local wisdom that contains the philosophy of "Ing Ngarsa Sung Tulada, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa, Tut Wuri Handayani". This identifies that the curricullums that are generally and directly used by educators in the Javanese Christian Church in Bandung have not touched the fundamental issue so called indigenous culture and the original symbol of tradition from the richness of Javanese culture as their ethnic identity. This indicates that there is a great opportunity and opportunity for educators, assemblies and stakeholders in the Javanese Christian Church in Bandung to make serious efforts to design a curriculum by using local wisdom as the material that dominates the contents of the Christian Religious Education of the church. Because theologically, psychologically and philosophical in the education theory "Ing Ngarsa Sung Tulada, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa, Tut Wuri Handayani" has the uniqueness and ability to adapt the biblical Christian values and the rules of modern education standards in modern and global times now.
