Abstract
Latar Belakang: Malaria merupakan penyakit menular disebabkan oleh infeksi parasit protozoa Plasmodium yang hidup dan berkembang di dalam eritrosit. Malaria pada kehamilan berpengaruh pada faktor lingkungan, parasit, dan ibu mempengaruhi tingkat keparahan ibu hamil. Metode Penelitian: Desain penelitian Descriptive menggunakan metode Cross Sectional. Data yang digunakan adalah Data Sekunder Rekam Medis Pasien. Sampel dalam analisis ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil yang positif malaria dengan pemeriksaan hapusan darah tepi dan disajikan dalam bentuk persentase dan tabel. Hasil: Proporsi tertinggi pada usia 20-35 tahun yaitu 74,5%, berdasarkan paritas proporsi tertinggi pada multigravida yaitu 38,7%, berdasarkan usia kehamilan proporsi tertinggi pada trimester 2 yaitu 46,2%, berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan Hb pada ibu hamil yang positif malaria menunjukkan bahwa 69.8% Hb kurang dari 11g/dl, ibu hamil yang positif malaria proporsi tertinggi pada Plasmodium Falciparum yaitu 58,5%, berdasarkan pengobatan pemberian obat Dehidro artemisinin-Pipraquine 100% diberikan pada semua ibu hamil yang positif malaria. Tatalaksana perawatan yang diberikan pada semua ibu hamil yang positif malaria 100% rawat jalan. Kesimpulan: Ibu hamil sangat beresiko terinfeksi malaria selama kehamilan. Kondisi ini akan mempengaruhi keadaan ibu, pertumbuhan dan perkembangan janin selama kehamilan. Skrining awal sangat dibutuhkan agar dapat dikontrol kondisi ibu dan janin selama kehamilan. Kata Kunci: Malaria,Kehamilan,Malaria pada Kehamilan./ Background Back: Malaria is a disease infectious caused by infection Plasmodium protozoan parasites that live and thrive in the erythrocytes. Malaria in pregnancy effect on factor environment, parasites, and mother influence level severity mother pregnant. Method Research: Research design Descriptive use method Cross Sectional. Data used is Secondary Data Record Medical patient. Sample in analysis this is whole mother malaria positive pregnant with inspection peripheral blood smear and presented in the form of percentages and tables. Result: Proportion highest at the age of 20-35 years i.e. 74.5%, based on parity proportion highest in multigravida that is 38.7%, based on age pregnancy proportion highest in the second trimester, which is 46.2%, based on results Hb check on mother pregnant women who are positive for malaria show that 69.8% Hb less from 11 g/dl, mother proportion of pregnant women who are positive for malaria highest in Plasmodium falciparum i.e. 58.5%, based on treatment gift drug Dehydro artemisinin-Pipraquine 100% administered to all mother malaria positive pregnancy. Governance care given to all mother 100 % malaria positive pregnant road. Conclusion: Pregnant women are very at risk infected with malaria for pregnancy. Condition this will influence state mother, growth and development fetus During pregnancy. Screening early is needed in order to be able to controlled condition mother and fetus During pregnancy.
