Abstract

Besarnya beban gempa yang sulit diprediksi harus menjadi landasan bahwa suatu struktur bangunan pada lokasi yang beresiko tinggi terhadap gempa patut direncanakan dengan baik. Dalam mengantisipasi terjadinya resiko yang besar akibat beban gempa agar mampu menghasilkan mekanisme keruntuhan yang ideal, maka diperlukan perancangan kinerja struktur yang memadai. Tujuan yang diharapkan pada penelitian ini adalah memahami kinerja struktur (performance level) pada perkantoran 8 lantai dengan tidak beraturan horizontal, parameter yang mempengaruhi, dan mengetahui urutan dan posisi titik lululh (yield) pada struktur. Pada penelitian ini akan menggunakan prosedur analisis statik non-linear Pushover mengikuti petunjuk ATC-40 guna mendapatkan Performance point atau level kinerja sebagai perkiraan kapasitas struktur pada tingkat kerusakan yang ditimbulkan oleh beban gempa dengan menggunakan program computer ETABS v.20. Hubungan gaya dan perpindahan maupun kriteria penerimaan dan pemodelan untuk analisis non-linear merujuk pada standar ASCE/SEI 41-17. Berdasarkan evaluasi pada model gedung perkantoran 8 lantai Wisma Cipinang Indah terhadap level kinerja struktur, maka didapat kinerja struktur gedung tersebut berada pada level kinerja IO (Immediate Occupancy), yang artinya kondisi struktur secara umum masih aman untuk kegiatan operasional setelah terjadi gempa atau tidak memiliki kerusakan pada komponen struktural. Struktur gedung perkantoran Wisma Cipinang Indah – Jakarta, memiliki tingkat kinerja IO (Immediate Occupancy) dimana performance point arah X pada drift maksimum sebesar 0,0074 dan pada arah Y memiliki drift 0,0075 artinya pada bangunan tersebut, tidak terdapat kerusakan yang berarti pada komponen struktural, kekuatan dan kekakuan bangunan masih hampir sama dengan kondisi sebelum gempa, dan pada komponen non-struktural umumnya masih aman./ The magnitude of the earthquake load that is difficult to predict must be the basis that a building structure in a location that is at high risk of earthquakes should be properly planned. In anticipating the occurrence of a large risk due to earthquake loads in order to be able to produce an ideal failure mechanism, it is necessary to design an adequate structural performance. The expected goals of this research are to understand the performance level of an 8-floor office with horizontal irregularities, the parameters that affect it, and to know the order and position of the yield point in the structure. In this study, we will use a non-linear Pushover static analysis procedure following the ATC-40 instructions in order to obtain a Performance point or performance level as an estimate of the capacity of the structure at the level of damage caused by earthquake loads using the ETABS V.20 computer program. Force and displacement relationships as well as acceptance and modeling criteria for non-linear analysis refer to ASCE/SEI 41-17 standards. Based on the evaluation of the 8-storey Wisma Cipinang Indah office building model on the level of structural performance, it was found that the performance of the building structure was at the IO (Immediate Occupancy) performance level, which means that the general condition of the structure is still safe for operational activities after an earthquake or has no damage. on structural components. The structure of the Wisma Cipinang Indah - Jakarta office building has a performance level of IO (Immediate Occupancy) where the performance point in the X direction at a maximum drift of 0.0074 and in the Y direction has a drift of 0.0075, meaning that there is no significant damage to the building. structural components, building strength and stiffness are still almost the same as pre-earthquake conditions, and non-structural components are generally still safe.
