Abstract

Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kompensasi finansial dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja mitra driver GO-JEK (GO-RIDE). Pengumpulan data dialakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Penelitian ini memiliki sampel sebanyak 97 orang mitra driver GO-JEK (GO-RIDE) dan data dianalisis menggunakan analisis korelasi Rank Spearman dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 18. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kompensasi finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja mitra driver GO-JEK (GORIDE). Hal ini ditunjukan dengan koefisien korelasi Rank Spearman sebesar 0,727. Dan diperoleh hasil signifikansinya sebesar (0,000) lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti terdapat hubungan signifikan. Dengan demikian hasil perhitungan ini dapat diambil suatu keputusan bahwa hubungan kedua variabel bersifat kuat dan positif antara kompensasi finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja mitra driver GO-JEK (GO-RIDE) (2) terdapat hubungan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja mitra driver GO-JEK (GO-RIDE). Hal ini ditunjukan dengan koefisien korelasi Rank Spearman sebesar 0,636. Dan diproleh hasil signifikansinya (0,000) lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti terdapat hubungan signifikan. Dengan demikian hasil perhitungan ini dapat diambil suatu keputusan bahwa hubungan kedua variabel bersifat kuat dan positif antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja mitra driver GO-JEK (GO-RIDE). PT. GO-JEK Indonesia juga hendaknya meningkatkan upaya dalam mengurangi tingkat lingkungan kerja yang tidak nyaman mitra driver dengan adanya virus pada situasi saat pandemi COVID-19 seperti memberikan masker, handsanitaizer, vitamin kepada mitra driver dan alat Kesehatan agar mengurangi terpaparnya virus. Dari usaha mengurangi tingkat lingkungan kerja yang kurang nyaman mitra driver dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja mitra driver. Sehingga mitra driver nyaman dalam melakukan pekerjaan./The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between financial compensation and work environment on job satisfaction of GO-JEK (GORIDE) driver partners. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires. This study had a sample of 97 GO-JEK driver partners (GO-RIDE) and the data were analyzed using Spearman Rank correlation analysis using SPSS version 18. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a significant relationship between financial compensation and job satisfaction of GO-JEK (GO-RIDE) driver partners. This is indicated by the Spearman Rank correlation coefficient of 0.727. And obtained the results of the significance of (0.000) smaller than 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means there is a significant relationship. Thus the results of this calculation can be taken a decision that the relationship between the two variables is strong and positive between financial compensation and job satisfaction of GO-JEK driver partners (GO-RIDE) (2) there is a relationship between work environment and work satisfaction of GO-JEK driver partners (GO). -RIDE). This is indicated by the Spearman Rank correlation coefficient of 0.636. And the result of the significance (0.000) is less than 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is a significant relationship. Thus the results of this calculation can be taken a decision that the relationship between the two variables is strong and positive between the work environment and job satisfaction of GO-JEK (GO-RIDE) driver partners. PT. GO-JEK Indonesia should also increase efforts to reduce the level of uncomfortable work environment for driver partners due to the virus in the situation during the COVID-19 pandemic, such as providing masks, hand sanitizer, vitamins to driver partners and medical devices to reduce virus exposure. From efforts to reduce the level of work environment that is less comfortable for driver partners, it can increase driver partner job satisfaction. So that driver partners are comfortable doing their jobs.
