Abstract

DIKY PUTRA DEWANTARA, Hubungan Motivasi dan Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Kerja Karyawan di PT. Trans Rekreasindo (Kidcity) cempaka putih. Motivasi dan Pelatihan merupakan hal yang penting dalam sebuah era modern dimana di dalam suatu perusahaan sangat di butuhkan karyawan yang memliki semangat kerja agar dapat meningkatkan keterampilan individu. Motivasi sebagai proses yang ikut menentukan intensitas,arah,dan ketekunan individu dalam usaha mencapai sasaran. Begitu juga dengan Pelatihan yang merupakan bagian dari investasi SDM (human investment) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan kerja,dengan demikian pelatihan juga sangat di butuhkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja kerja karyawan. penilaian terhadap motivasi dan pelatihan yang telah di berikan kepada karyawan juga perlu dilakukan oleh perusahaan,hal tersebut dilakukan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kinerja kerja karyawan sebagai tolak ukur keberhasilan suatu perusahaan. Indikator Motivasi yaitu kebutuhan fisiologis, kebutuhan rasa aman, kebutuhan sosial, kebutuhan akan penghargaan/pengakuan, dan kebutuhan aktualisasi diri. Indikator Pelatihan adalah pengetahuan, kemampuan berpikir, sikap, dan kecakapan. Indikator kinerja kerja adalah efektivitas dan efisiensi, orientasi tanggung jawab, disiplin, dan inisiatif. Hipotesis hubungan antara motivasi dan kinerja kerja, hubungan pelatihan dan kinerja kerja. Lokasi kegiatan penelitian dilaksanakan di KidCity cempaka putih Jakarta. Jln. Jend. Ahmad Yani No.83, RT.10/RW.07, Cempaka Putih Timur., Cempaka Putih, Kota Jakarta Pusat, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 10510. Data yang digunakan bersumber data premier dari kuisioner dan observasi. Data sekunder dari internet. Sampel yang diteliti berjumlah 31 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan menggunakan purposive sampling dimana sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. TRANS REKREASINDO (KIDCITY) CEMPAKA PUTIH. Hasil dari penelitian uji t pada variabel motivasi diketahui ttabel pada taraf signifikan 0,1, jumlah sampe (n) = 31, dan derajat bebas (db) = n-2 = 29 untuk pengujian dua arah adalah 1,699. Berdasarkan perhitungan di atas diperoleh thitung (5,919) lebih besar dari ttabel (1,699), maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi dengan kinerja kerja karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian uji t pada variabel pelatihan diketahui ttabel pada taraf signifikan 0,1, jumlah sampe (n) = 31, dan derajat bebas (db) = n-2 = 29 untuk pengujian dua arah adalah 1,699. Berdasarkan perhitungan di atas diperoleh thitung (4,542) lebih besar dari ttabel (1,699), maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pelatihan dengan kinerja kerja karyawan Dari hasi penelitian diharapkan Manajement Kidcity dapat lebih memperhatikan faktor faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan diantaranya dengan memberikan jaminan keuangan berupa bonus dan tunjangan kepada karyawan, dan tiap karyawan harus memiliki inisiatif membantu pegawai lainnya apabila sedang memerlukan bantuan khususya karyawan Kidcity cempaka putih./ DIKY PUTRA DEWANTARA, The Relationship between Motivation and Training on Employee Work Performance at PT. Motivation and training are important things in a modern era where in a company it is very necessary for employees who have a passion for work in order to improve individual skills. Motivation as a process that determines the intensity, direction, and persistence of individuals in an effort to achieve goals. Likewise with training which is part of human investment to improve work abilities and skills, thus training is also very much needed to improve employee work performance. an assessment of the motivation and training that has been given to employees also needs to be done by the company, this is done to determine the increase in employee work performance as a measure of the success of a company. Indicators of motivation are physiological needs, security needs, social needs, need for appreciation/recognition, and self-actualization needs. Training indicators are knowledge, thinking skills, attitudes, and skills. Work performance indicators are effectiveness and efficiency, responsibility orientation, discipline, and initiative. The hypothesis of the relationship between motivation and work performance, the relationship between training and job performance. The location of the research activity was at KidCity Cempaka Putih, Jakarta. Jln. Gen. Ahmad Yani No.83, RT.10/RW.07, Cempaka Putih Timur., Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta City, Special Capital Region of Jakarta 10510. The data used is sourced from premier data from questionnaires and observations. Secondary data from the internet. The sample studied amounted to 31 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling where the samples in this study were all employees of PT. TRANS REKREASINDO (KIDCITY) CEMPAKA PUTIH. The results of the t-test research on the motivation variable are known to be ttable at a significant level of 0.1, the number of samples (n) = 31, and degrees of freedom (db) = n-2 = 29 for the two-way test is 1.699. Based on the above calculation, it is obtained tcount (5,919) is greater than ttable (1,699), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is a significant relationship between motivation and employee work performance. The results of the t-test research on the training variable are known to be ttable at a significant level of 0.1, the number of samples (n) = 31, and degrees of freedom (db) = n-2 = 29 for the two-way test is 1.699. Based on the above calculation, it is obtained tcount (4,542) is greater than ttable (1,699), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means there is a significant relationship between training and employee work performance. in the form of bonuses and allowances to employees, and each employee must have the initiative to help other employees when they need assistance, especially Kidcity Cempaka Putih employees.
