Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Otomotif SMK Kristen Tagari (2021) Yosef Linggi Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1)Menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru, 2)Menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru, dan 3)Menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Kristen Tagari Program Keahlian Teknik Otomotif Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Menggunakan angket dalam pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis data menggunakan persamaan linear. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh: a)Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru otomotif di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Kristen Tagari Program Keahlian Teknik Otomotif Kabupaten Toraja Utara sebesar 32,4%, b)terdapat pengaruh signifikan (sig) motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru otomotif di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Kristen Tagari Program Keahlian Teknik Otomotif Kabupaten Toraja Utara sebesar 50,3%, c)hasil uji F signifikan (sig) sebesar 72%, artinya kompetensi dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi kinerja guru di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Kristen Tagari Program Keahlian Teknik Otomotif Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Kata kunci: Kompetensi, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Guru./ ABSTRACT The Influence of Competence and Work Motivation on Performance Tagari Christian Vocational School Automotive Teacher (2021) Yosef Linggi This study aims: 1) To analyze the effect of competence on teacher performance, 2) to analyze the effect of work motivation on teacher performance, and 3) to analyze the effect of competence and work motivation on teacher performance in Tagari Christian Vocational High Schools, Automotive Engineering Expertise Program, North Toraja Regency. Using questionnaires in data collection. The data analysis technique uses linear equations. The results obtained: a) There is a significant effect of competence on the performance of automotive teachers in the Tagari Christian Vocational High School for the Automotive Engineering Expertise Program in North Toraja Regency by 32.4%, b) there is a significant effect (sig) of work motivation on the performance of automotive teachers in Tagari Christian Vocational High School for Automotive Engineering Expertise Program in North Toraja Regency by 50.3%, c) the results of the F test are significant (sig) of 72%, meaning that competence and work motivation jointly affect the performance of teachers in the Tagari Christian Vocational High School Program North Toraja Regency Automotive Engineering Expertise.
