Abstract

Two-wheel vehicles are the largest trasnportation in Indonesia and in Central Jakarta. The number of vehicles that caused a lot of accidents In Indonesia and In DKI Jakarta experianced a high number of accidents. This research uses Heat Map analysis. This study aims to analyze the opportunities, and the impact of the undesirable events from the operation ot two-wheeled vehicles for mitigation. This study was conducted using secondary data from central jakarta polres. The results showed that the type of front accidents front accidents is the highest number of accidents from 2014-2016 as many as 120 evnts. The increase in the number of front side cataract accidents can not be separated from the mototorists themselves who are not orderly traffic accidents each year increased in particuler side acceleration side accidents that increased in 2016. it is hoped that this research will become an input for riders and stakeholders to be more orderly in traffic and the need for better preventattive measures to reduce the number of traffic accidents in the future. Motorist are advised to use safety riding before driving to protect when a collision occurs. Keywords : operational risk, two wheel vehicles /Kenderaan roda dua merupakan transportasi terbanyak jumlahnya di Indonesia dan di Jakarta Pusat. Jumlah kenderaan yang banyak menyebabkan angka kecelakaan di Indonesia maupun DKI Jakarta mengalami jumlah kecelakaan yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko peluang kejadian yang tidak diinginkan dan dampaknya untuk dilakukan mitigasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Heat Map. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Penelitian ini diharapkan pada pengendara roda dua untuk lebih memperhatikan keselamatan dalam berkendara itu penting karena angka kecelakaan pembunuh terbanyak ketiga dibawah penyakit jantung koroner. Penyebab kecelakaan kenderaan roda dua tertinggi disebabkan faktor manusia, yang tidak tertib berlalu lintas. Peluang kejadian yang tidak diinginkan tertinggi berdasarkan jenis kecelakaan di Jakarta Pusat adalah tabrakan depan samping dari tahun 2014-2016 dengan jumlah tabrakan depan samping 120 kejadian terbanyak pada tahun 2016. Diharapkan dengan hasil jumlah kecelakaan yang tinggi ini pengendara menjadi lebih taat lagi dalam berlalu lintas, tidak menerobos lampu merah, tidak memutar arah ditempat yg dilarang dan memperhatikan sekeliling ketika berputar arah maupun memperhatikan sekitar saat di persimpangan. Pengendara disarankan menggunakan safety riding sebelum berkendara seperti, helm, jaket, sepatu untuk melindungi diri ketika terjadi tabrakan. Kata Kunci : risiko operasional, tabrakan roda dua
