Abstract

Nama : Sutrisno Negara Sianturi Program Studi : Magister Manajemen Judul : Analisis Risiko Konstruksi Pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Kelas Pusdiklatkar Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas proyek pembangunan dan meminimalisir risiko yang terjadi maka dilakukan penelitian ini yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko konstruksi pada proyek pembangunan. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh dengan melakukan kuisioner dan wawancara dengan pihak pihak yang terkait, dan juga memakai hasil penelitian yang relevan dengan objek penelitian yang diteliti. Analisa data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari pihak pegawai maupun pekerja pembangunan gedung. Data – data yang diperoleh diolah dengan tahapan editing, tabulating serta scoring, dengan pendekatan metode survey skala Likert. Hasil pengolahan data selanjutnya dianalisa dengan melakukan pendekatan teknik manajemen risiko. Pendekatan teknik manajemen risiko memakai matrix peniliaian risiko atau risk assessment matrix. Selanjutnya hasil terhadap penilian setiap risiko yang di peroleh dari analisa data yang telah diolah dengan matrix penilaian risiko, kemudiandianalisasi lebih lanjut dengan model analisis Heat Map. Berdasarkan analisis temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam konstruksi proyek pembangunan gedung kelas PUSDIKLATKAR Provinsi DKI Jakarta mengindikasikan 5 (lima) hal memiliki nilai risk assessment matrix dengan kategori tinggi yakni;. Tenaga kerja tidak terampil nilai risiko sebesar 20,41. Kurangnya kontrol dan koordinasi dalam tim nilai risiko sebesar 19,82. K3 nilai risiko sebesar 18,91. Metoda pelaksanaan yang salah 16,78. Kesalahan estimasi biaya risiko sebesar 16,79 Dengan demikian penulis menyarankan agar diperlukan tindakan mitigasi terhadap ke lima KTD yang memiliki nilai risiko tinggi.. Furthermore, the results for the Penilian are obtained from the analysis of data that have been processed with a matrix risk assessment, further alertness with the Heat Map analysis model. Based on the analysis of the findings in this study, it shows that in the construction of the PUSDIKLATKAR class building project, DKI Jakarta Province indicates 5 (five) things that have a high risk assessment matrix value, namely; Unskilled workers risk value of 20.41. Lack of control and coordination in the team the risk value is 19.82. K3 risk value is 18.91. Incorrect implementation method 16,78.
