Abstract
Fredik Melkias Boiliu, S.Pd. Implementasi Kurikulum Mengacu KKNI Dan Implikasi Bagi Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Mahasiswa S1 Prodi PAK Fakultas Keguruan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Kristen Indonesia Jakarta. Tesis Program Studi Magister Pendidikan Agama Kristen, Program Pasca sarjana Universitas Kristen Indonesia, Jakarta, 2020. Penelitian ini membahas tentang implementasi kurikulum mengacu KKNI dalam proses belajar mengajar dan peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa S1 PAK FKIP UKI Jakarta. KKNI merupakan kerangka penjenjang kualifikasi kompetensi yang dapat menyandingkan, menyeterakan, dan mengintegrasikan antara bidang pendidikan dan bidang pelatihan kerja serta pengalaman kerja dalam rangka pemberian pengakuan kompetensi kerja sesuai dengan struktur pekerjaan di berbagai sektor. Implementasi kurikulum mengacu KKNI dimaksudkan agar dapat mengurangi kesenjangan antara kompetensi kebutuhan dunia kerja dengan mutu lulusan suatu lembaga pendidikan. Universitas Kristen Indonesia Jakarta, dalam implementasi kurikulum mengacu KKNI mewajibkan agar semua prodi dapat menerapkan kurikulum mengacu KKNI sesuai dengan Permendikbud No 73 Tahun 2003 tentang implementasi kurikulum berbasis KKNI di pendidikan tinggi, sesuai dengan visi dan misi universitas, dan juga sesuai dengan visi misi program studi. Prodi PAK FKIP UKI Jakarta menerapkan kurikulum berbasis KKNI dari tahun 2015 sampai 2020 untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa sesuai dengan standar KKNI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan implementasi kurikulum berbasis KKNI dalam proses belajar mengajar dan peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa S1 PAK FKIP UKI Jakarta. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik penentuan informan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 8 orang yakni 4 orang dosen tetap dan 4 orang mahasiswa semester 8 prodi PAK. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan model deskripsi analisis. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat dikemukankan bahwa prodi PAK FKIP UKI Jakarta telah menerapakn kurikulum berbasis KKNI sejak tahun 2015 sampai tahun 2020 saat ini dengan menerapkan kurikulum mengacu KKNI dalam proses belajar mengajar namun hasil belajar mahasiswa belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan standar KKNI. This study discusses the implementation of the curriculum referring to the Indonesian National Qualification Framework in the teaching and learning process and improving the learning outcomes of undergraduate students. The Indonesian National Qualification Framework is a competency qualification framework that can juxtapose, equate, and integrate education and work training as well as work experience in the context of providing work competence recognition in accordance with the work structure in various sectors. The implementation of the curriculum refers to the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework intended to reduce the gap between the competence needs of the world of work and the quality of graduates of an educational institution. Jakarta Christian University in Jakarta, in implementing curriculum referring to the Indonesian National Qualification Framework requires that all study programs apply curriculum referring to the Indonesian National Qualification Framework in accordance with Permendikbud No. 73 of 2003 concerning the implementation of a curriculum based on the Indonesian National Qualification Framework in higher education, in accordance with the vision and mission of the university , and also in accordance with the vision and mission of the study program. Christian Religious Education Study Program Faculty of Teacher Training Education Indonesian Christian University Jakarta implemented a curriculum based on the Indonesian National Qualification Framework from 2015 to 2020 to improve student learning outcomes in accordance with the standards of the Indonesian National Qualification Framework. This study aims to determine the implementation of the curriculum based on the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework in the teaching and learning process and increase student learning outcomes S1 Study Program of Christian Religious Education Faculty of Teacher Training Education Indonesian Christian University Jakarta. In this study the authors used a descriptive qualitative method with the technique of determining the informants conducted by researchers in this study was a purposive sampling technique. The informants in this study were 8 people, 4 permanent lecturers and 4 semester 8 students of Christian Religious Education Study Program. Data were collected using interview techniques, while data analysis techniques used analytical description models. From the results of this study, it can be found that the Study Program of Christian Religious Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Indonesian Christian University, Jakarta has implemented a curriculum based on the Indonesian National Qualification Framework from 2015 to 2020, by applying the curriculum referring to the Indonesian National Qualification Framework in the teaching and learning process, but the results student learning is not fully in accordance with the standards of the Indonesian National Qualification Framework.
