Abstract

Debby Susan Lusikooy, Desain Kurikulum PAK Keluarga Berdasarkan Model Konsep Kurikulum Humanistik Aliran Konfluen di GPIB Jemaat Dian Kasih Bekasi. Tesis Program Studi Magister Pendidikan Agama Kristen, Program Pascasarjana Universitas Kristen Indonesia, Jakarta, 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain kurikulum pendidikan agama Kristen keluarga berdasarkan model konsep kurikulum humanistik aliran konfluen di GPIB Jemaat Dian Kasih Bekasi. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode deskripif kualitatif, sampel yang digunakan yaitu model sampel bertujuan (purposive sampling). Informan terdiri dari 10 keluarga dan 3 pelayan gereja. Data ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara dan teknis analisis data menggunakan model deskripsi analisis. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa pemahaman jemaat dan pelayan mengenai PAK keluarga sudah memadai namun dalam proses pelaksanaan PAK keluarga belum tepat untuk dilaksanakan. Hal ini berkaitan dengan metode, media serta kesadaran dalam melaksanakan PAK keluarga yang mengakibatkan anak seringkali diperlakukan sebagai objek bukan sebagai subjek yang tidak mempunyai kesempatan untuk memberi pendapat juga mengembangkan diri Pelayan gereja dan keluarga juga belum memiliki kurikulum PAK keluarga yang secara khusus diberlakukan sehingga mengakibatkan pelaksanaan PAK keluarga dalam jemaat masih tergolong sangat rendah. Penelitian ini juga dapat memberi gambaran tentang desain kurikulum pendidikan agama Kristen keluarga berdasarkan model konsep kurikulum humanistik aliran konfluen. Hasil temuan penulis adalah kurikulum pendidikan agama kristen keluarga berdasarkan model konsep kurikulum humanistik aliran konfluen sangat penting untuk diterapkan dalam keluarga. Thesis of Christian Religious Education Masters Study Program, Postgraduate Program of Indonesian Christian University, Jakarta, 2020. This study aims to design a curriculum for family Christian religious education based on the humanistic curriculum concept model of confluent flow in GPIB Dian Kasih Bekasi. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, the sample used is themodelpurposive sampling. The informants consisted of 10 families and 3 church servants. This data was collected using interview techniques and technical data analysis using an analysis description model. From the results of this study it was found that the understanding of the congregation and ministers regarding family PAK was adequate but in the process of implementing family PAK it was not appropriate to be carried out. This relates to methods, media and awareness in implementing family PAK that results in children often being treated as objects not as subjects who do not have the opportunity to give an opinion also develop themselves Church and family servants also do not have a family PAK curriculum that is specifically enforced so that it results in implementation Family PAK in the church is still very low. This study can also provide an overview of the design of a family Christian religious education curriculum based on the concept model of the confluent school's humanistic curriculum. The findings of the authors are the family Christian religious education curriculum based on the humanistic curriculum concept model of confluent flow is very important to be applied in the family.
