Abstract

Hulu, Benalia 2020, Analisis SWOT Terhadap Pendidikan Agama Kristen dan Implikasinya Dalam Gereja Santapan Rohani Indonesia Jemaat Tomang. Tesis Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Kristen Pascasarjana Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI), Jakarta. Salah satu alat yang digunakan dalam mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, kesempatan dan ancaman dalam sebuah organisasi disebut analisis SWOT. Analisis SWOT merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi lingkungan internal; kekuatan dan kelemahan serta lingkungan eksternal; kesempatan dan ancaman terhadap sebuah lembaga atau organisasi. Alat ini juga dapat digunakan untuk membantu sebuah gereja menemukan kekuatan dan kelemahan di dalam serta kesempatan dan ancaman dari luar. Pada penelitian ini yang menjadi fokus adalah bagaimana hasil Analisis SWOT terhadap PAK dan Implementasinya dalam Menetapkan Strategi Pertumbuhan Jemaat di GSRI Tomang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatakan kualitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui hasil wawancara. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan pertanyaan yang menunjukkan pada kekuatan, kelemahan, kesempatan, ancaman. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa kekuatan PAK gereja di antara program Sekolah Minggu, yaitu menggunakan kurikulum; program Katekisasi, yaitu menggunakan metode bervariasi; Program Pendalaman Alkitab, yaitu kesukaan jemaat dalam membaca dan mempelajari Firman Tuhan. Ditemukan kelemahan Sekolah Minggu yaitu fasilitas yang masih kurang baik; kelemahan pada program Katekisasi yaitu ketidaksiapan anggota untuk mengikuti jadwal yang ditentukan oleh gereja, pada program Pendalaman Alkitab jemaat kurang membaca menggunakan Alkitab fisik. Kesempatan pada Sekolah Minggu adalah dapat membangun relasi dengan lingkungan sekitar; pada program katekisasi membuka kesempatan tiap tahun kepada pemuda jemaat mengikuti kelas katekisasi; pada program Pendalaman Alkitab adalah gereja perlu membuka kembali kegiatan pendalaman Alkitab. Ancaman pada Sekolah Minggu gadget dapat mengalihkan fokus anak-anak saat kebaktian; pada program Katekisasi adalah untuk menghindari pemuda menemukan jawaban dari luar mengenai pertanyaan yang timbul tentang kebenaran, gereja perlu memberikan bimbingan lanjutan; pada program Pendalaman Alkitab adalah gadget dapat mengalihkan fokus atau perhatian pada saat membaca Alkitab pada layar. One of the tools used to know the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in organizations is called SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is a method used to evaluate the internal environment; strengths and weaknesses, and external environment; opportunities and threats to an institution or organization. This tool can also be used to help a church to find the strengths and weaknesses inside and opportunities and threats from outside. In this study, the focus is on the results of the SWOT analysis of Christian Religious Education and its implementation in establishing the growth strategy of the church at GSRI Tomang. The research method used qualitative approaches. The research data were obtained through interviews. Research conducted with challenging questions that show strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The results found that the strength of the Christian Religious Education of the church among the Sunday School programs, which used the curriculum; Catechization program, which used varied methods; Bible Study Program, which is the congregation's pleasure in reading and reading God's Word. There is also the weaknesses of Sunday School which are the lack of facilities, the weaknesses in the Catechism program, that is the unpreparedness of members to follow the schedule set by the church, in the Bible Study program, the congregations did not use the Bible in physical form. Opportunities at Sunday School are able to build the relationships with the environment; the catechization program Open the opportunities to the young members to take catechism classes every year; in Bible Study program, the church needs to reopen the Bible study activity. Threats at Sunday School, gadgets can divert the focus of children during the worship; in the Catechism program is to avoid young people finding the questions that arise about the truth, the church needs to provide further guidance.
