Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 disebabkan oleh infeksi virus severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) merupakan salah satu permasalahan saluran pernapasan di awal tahun 2020. Oleh sebab itu, masyarakat penting melakukan pencegahan dengan meningkatkan imunitas tubuh melalui gizi seimbang. Penerapan gizi seimbang pada masyarakat belum optimal karena masih ditemukan berbagai masalah terkait dengan respons seseorang terhadap makanan, perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, serta penyakit yang berkaitan dengan gizi. Ketidakpedulian terhadap gizi disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain pengetahuan individu, sikap, dan tindakan. Pengetahuan merupakan informasi setelah seseorang melakukan penginderaan terhadap suatu hal. Sikap adalah perbuatan berdasarkan kesukaannya atau ketidaksukaannya terhadap suatu objek. Tindakan adalah pelaksanaan nyata dari pengetahuan dan sikap suatu perbuatan nyata. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan gizi seimbang pada mahasiswa FK UKI angkatan 2020 di masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik total sampling sebesar 136 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah kuesioner, dan didapatkan responden mempunyai pengetahuan baik (100%), sikap baik (100%), dan tindakan baik (44,1%), cukup baik (50%), dan buruk (5,9%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan mahasiswa FK UKI angkatan 2020 memiliki pengetahuan dan sikap baik serta memiliki tindakan cukup baik terhadap gizi seimbang pada masa pandemi COVID-19./ The COVID-19 pandemic caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection was one of the respiratory tract problems in the early 2020. Therefore, it is important for the public to prevent the virus by increasing the body's immunity through balanced nutrition. The application of balanced nutrition in society has not been optimal because there are still various problems related to a person's response to food, clean and healthy living behaviors, and diseases related to nutrition. Indifference to nutrition is caused by several factors, including individual knowledge, attitudes, and actions. Knowledge is information after a person has sensed something. Attitude is an act based on his liking or dislike of a real act. Action is the real implementation of the knowledge and attitude of a real deed. The purpose of this study is to find out the illustration of knowledge, attitudes, and balanced nutritional actions in class 2020 FK UKI students during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study used descriptive methods with a total sampling technique of 136 respondents. The instruments used to collect data were questionnaires, and received respondents with good knowledge (100%), good attitudes (100%), and good actions (44.1%), good enough (50%), and bad (5.9%). Based on the results of this study, it is concluded that class 2020 FK UKI students have good knowledge, attitudes and have good enough actions towards balanced nutrition during the COVID-19 pandemic.
