Abstract

Dalam perkembangan dunia konstruksi khususnya di Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan yang berada di Provinsi Sumatera Utara, pembangunan merupakan prioritas utama masyarakat dalam menghadapi era globalisasi. Dalam dunia konstruksi alat berat merupakan hal yang penting. Alat berat di dalam teknik sipil adalah alat yang digunakan untuk membantu manusia dalam melakukan pekerjaan pembangunan suatu struktur. Terdapat macam alat yang digunakan dalam pekerjaan konstruksi, antara lain: bulldozer, loader, excavator, dump truck. Dalam dunia konstruksi peran manajer sangat penting untuk kesuksesan proyek, disini manajer adalah kepala atau pemimpin. Manajemen adalah tugas seorang manajer yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan tugas kepemimpinan pada aras manajerial. Proses manajemen atau fungsi manajemen yaitu: penetapan tujuan, perencanaan (planning), staffing, directing, supervising, pengendalian. Kinerja suatu perusahaan dapat dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur dari kemampuan suatu perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh produktivitas alat berat dan keterampilan manajer terhadap kinerja perusahaan jasa konstruksi di Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Studi pustaka dilakukan dengan pencarian melalui jurnal, penelitian, internet mengenai teori-teori yang berhubungan dengan permasalahan yang dikaji. Dari hasil analisis didapat 45 orang responden, hasil nilai r sebesar 0,061 menunjukkan variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang kuat, distribusi nilai rtabel signifikansi sebesar 5% (0.05) ke 45 responden sebesar 0.294, uji normalitas sebanyak 45 responden mean = 0.00, nilai signifikansi 0,200>0,05 sehingga model regresi berdistribusi normal, hasil uji hipotesis nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima./ In the development of the construction world, especially in the Humbang Hasundutan Regency in the Province of North Sumatra, development is the people's top priority in facing the era of globalization. In the world of heavy equipment construction is important. Heavy equipment in civil engineering is a tool used to help humans in the work of building a structure. There are various tools used in construction work, including: bulldozers, loaders, excavators, dumptrucks. In the construction world the role of the manager is very important for the success of the project, here the manager is the head or leader. Management is the task of a manager that deals with the implementation of leadership duties at the managerial level. The management process or management function, namely: goal setting, planning (planning), staffing, directing, supervising, controlling. The performance of a company can be used as a benchmark of a company's ability to achieve its goals. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of heavy equipment productivity and managerial management skills on company performance in Humbang Hasundutan Regency. This research was conducted by quantitative methods. Data collection is done by questionnaire. Literature study is carried out by searching through junal, research, and the internet about theories related to the problem being studied. From the results of the analysis obtained 45 respondents, the results of the r value of 0.061 indicate that the variable has a strong influence, the distribution of the value of the r table of significance by 5% (0.05) to 45 respondents by 0.294, the normality test of 45 respondents mean = 0.00, the significance value of 0.200 > 0.05 so that the regression model is normally distributed, the results of the hypothesis test of significance value of 0,000 <0.05 concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted.
