Strategi Divisi Humas Polri Dalam Mengelola Content Melalui Instagram Sebagai Upaya Membentuk Citra Positif di Mata Publik Polri selaku pelayan, pelindung, dan pengayom masyarakat tengah mengalami penurunan kepercayaan. Dengan adanya kemajuan teknologi saat ini ternyata sangat membantu Polri dalam membentuk citra kepolisian melalui konten dalam instagram @divisihumaspolri agar konten tersebut dapat tersampaikan kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang dilakukan Humas Polri dalam membentuk citra positif dimata publik. Peneliti menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Konsep yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah konsep E-PR oleh Bob Julius Onggo dan juga konsep penguat lainnya seperti strategi, new media, media sosia, Instagram, dan citra. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu strategi apa yang digunakan Divisi Humas Polri dalam membentuk suatu citra yang positif dan mengetahui bagaimana mengelola suatu konten sebagai upaya meningkatkan rasa kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pihak Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia. The Strategy of the Police Public Relations Division in Managing Content Through Instagram as an Effort to Form Positive Images in the Public. Police as servants, protectors, and community guards are declining trust. With the current technological advancements, it has greatly assisted the National Police in creating the image of the police through the content on instagram @divisihumaspolri so that the content can be accessed by the public. This research aims to study the strategies carried out by the Indonesian Police Public Relations in shaping a positive image in the eyes of the public. Researchers use the constructivist paradigm by using descriptive qualitative. The concept used in this study is the concept of E-PR by Bob Julius Onggo and also other reinforcement concepts such as strategy, new media, social media, Instagram, and imagery. The results obtained in this study are what strategies are used by the Police Public Relations Division to create a positive image and discuss how to manage content such as increasing public trust in the Indonesian National Police.
