Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan : 1) menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa, 2) menganalisis pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa, dan 3) menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Kristen Bittuang-Tana Toraja. Menggunakan angket dalam mengumpulkan data. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana, regresi linear ganda, uji F , uji t . Hasil penelitian yang di peroleh : a) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kompetensi profesional guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Kristen Bittuang-Tana Toraja sebesar 3,197. b) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Kristen Bittuang-Tana Toraja sebesar 3,280. c) hasil uji F signifikan ( sig.) sebesar 0,000, artinya Kompetensi Profesional Guru dan Motivasi Belajar secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Kristen Bittuang-Tana Toraja. Kata kunci : Kompetensi Profesional Guru, Motivasi Belajar, Hasil Belajar Siswa./ This study aims: 1) to analyze the effect of teacher professional competence on student learning outcomes, 2) to analyze the effect of learning motivation on student learning outcomes, and 3) to analyze the effect of teacher professional competence and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in Bittuang-Tana Christian Vocational High School. Toraja. Using questionnaires to collect data. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression, F test, t test. The results obtained: a) There is a significant effect of teacher professional competence on student learning outcomes at Bittuang-Tana Toraja Christian Vocational High School of 3.197. b) There is a significant effect of learning motivation on student learning outcomes at Bittuang-Tana Toraja Christian Vocational High School of 3,280. c) the results of the F test are significant (sig.) of 0.000, which means that the Professional Competence of Teachers and Learning Motivation together have an effect on Student Learning Outcomes at the Bittuang-Tana Toraja Christian Vocational High School.
