Abstract

Eva Baanasafitri, Pengaruh Kompensasi, Iklim Sekolah dan Kompetensi Pedagogik Terhadap Perekrutan Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen di Kelompok Kerja Guru Cakung Barat Jakarta Timur, 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada Pengaruh Kompensasi, Iklim sekolah dan kompetensi pedagogik terhadap perekrutan guru PAK di KKG Cakung Barat, Jakarta Timur? Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 18 Agustus 2020. Populasi terjangkau adalah guru-guru dalam kelompok kerja guru PAK di Cakung Barat, Jakarta Timur. Sebanyak 75 guru PAK, pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling sebagai uji coba. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan data kuisioner untuk memperoleh data, yang berjumlah 20 pernyataan untuk variabel kompensasi (X1) terdiri 3 indikator, iklim sekolah terdiri 4 indikator (X2) dan kompetensi pedagogik terdiri 4 indikator (X3) dan 20 pernyataan untuk variabel perekrutan guru PAK (Y) dengan 3 indikator. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi, iklim sekolah dan kompetensi pedagogik terhadap perekrutan guru PAK di KKG Cakung Barat, Jakarta Timur Hal ini ditunjukan oleh nilai rata-rata kompensasi adalah 51,10. Melalui koefisien determinasi 0,643 yang menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang kuat dari variabel X1 sebesar 64,3 % sedangkan sisanya 35,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Iklim sekolah dengan nilai rata-rata guru-guru PAK adalah 48,32. Melalui koefisien determinasi 0,688 yang menunjukan terdapat pengaruh yang kuat dari variabel independent iklim sekolah, adalah 68,8 % sedangkan sisanya 31,2 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kompetensi pedagogik terlihat dari nilai rata-rata adalah 4,74. Melalui koefisien determinasi 0,646 yang menunjukan terdapat pengaruhyang sedangkan sisanya 35,4 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dari keempat variabel tersebut terdapat pengaruh yang kuat dalam koefisien determinasi antara kompensasi 64,3%, iklim sekolah 68,8% dan kompetensi pedagogik 64,4% terhadap perekrutan guru PAK di Kelompok Kerja Guru Cakung Barat, Jakarta Timur. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of compensation, school climate and pedagogical competence on the recruitment of Christian education teachers at the Cakung Barat KKG, East Jakarta? This study was conducted on August 18, 2020. The affordable population is teachers in the Christian education teacher working group in west Cakung, East Jakarta. A total of 75 Christian education teachers, take sampel with purposive sampling as as for the trial. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. In the implementation of this study, the authors used questionnaire data to obtain data, which amounted to 20 statements for the compensation variable (X1) consisting of 3 indicators, school climate consisting of 4 indicators (X2) and pedagogical competence consisting of 4 indicators (X3) and 20 statements for the recruitment variable. Recuitment Christian educatin teacher (Y) with 3 indicators. This study aims to examine the effect of compensation, school climate and pedagogical competence on the recruitment of Christian education teachers at the Cakung Barat KKG, East Jakarta. This is indicated by the average value of compensation is 51.10. Through the coefficient of determination 0.643 which shows a strong influence from the X1 variable of 64.3% while the remaining 35.7% is influenced by other variables. A school climate with an average score of Christian education teachers is 48.32. Through the determination coefficient of 0.688 which shows that there is a strong influence from the independent variable school climate, it is 68.8% while the remaining 31.2% is influenced by other variables. Pedagogic competence can be seen from the average score is 4.74. Through the coefficient of determination 0.646 which shows that there is an influence while the remaining 35.4% is influenced by other variables. Based on the results of the hypothesis testing of the four variables, there is a strong influence on the coefficient of determination between compensation 64.3%, school climate 68.8% and pedagogic competence 64.4% on the recruitment of Christian education teachers at Group Teachers Christin Education West Cakung, East Jakarta.
