Abstract
Ayub Tikupadang, Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kompetensi Guru Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa SDN 3 Tikala. Tesis Pascasarjana Program Studi Administrasi/Manajemen PendidikanUniversitas Kristen Indonesia, 2021. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, besar pengaruh kompetensi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, dan besar pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kompetensi Guru secara bersama-sama terhadap Prestasi Siswa SDN 3 Tikala. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Metode penelitian kuantitatif adalah sebuah metode penelitian berdasarkan bukti empiris untuk melakukan investigasi fenomena sosial melalui prinsip-prinsip statistik. Populasi yang digunakan adalah 45 orang guru. Dalam penelitian ini tidak dilakukan penarikan sampel jadi sasaran penelitian adalah seluruh guru SDN 3 Tikala. Berdasarkan hasil regresi linear sederhana diperoleh besar koefisien pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan (X1) terhadap prestasi belajar siswa (Y) sebesar 0.407 koefisien pengaruh kompetensi guru (X2) terhadap prestasi belajar siswa (Y) sebesar 0.411. Berdasarkan hasil regresi linear ganda diperoleh koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,349 atau 34,9% artinya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan (X1) dan kompetensi guru (X2) secara bersama- sama sebesar 34,9% dan sisanya ditentukan oleh variable lain. Berdasarkan hasil regresi linear ganda diperoleh koefisien regresi variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 0,373. koefisien regresi variabel Kompetensi Guru terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 0,369. Postgraduate Thesis of Educational Administration / Management Study Program, Indonesian Christian University, 2021. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the principal's leadership style on student achievement, the influence of competence on student achievement, and the influence of leadership style and teacher competence together on student achievement of SDN 3 Tikala. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods with descriptive and inferential analysis. Quantitative research method is a research method based on empirical evidence for investigating social phenomena through statistical principles. The population used was 45 teachers. In this study, no sampling was carried out so the research targets were all teachers of SDN 3 Tikala. The results showed that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of leadership style on student achievement, with an influence coefficient of 0.208 or 20.8%, (2) there is a positive and significant effect of teacher competence on student achievement, with a coefficient of regression of 0.175 or 17.5%, the remaining 65.1% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, it was obtained a determinant coefficient of 0.349 or 34.9%, meaning that the influence of leadership style and teacher competence together was 34.9% and the rest was determined by other variables. Based on the results of multiple linear regressions, the regression coefficient of the Leadership Style variable on learning achievement is 0.373. The regression coefficient of the Teacher Competence variable on learning achievement was 0.369. Keywords: Leadership Style, Teacher Competence, and Student Learning Achievement.
