Every organization needs Human Resources (HR) that is reliable and professional so that The organization can make progress and continue to grow. Supposedly, The Bank must have quality human resources, to be able to carry out its duties properly so that The Bank can achieve the goals (goals) that highly coveted by The State, Society, Bank, as well as HR who are working at The bank.
