Abstract
Every organization needs Human Resources (HR) that is reliable and professional so that The organization can make progress and continue to grow. Likewise, with organizations that carry out their business in the banking sector. Supposedly, The Bank must have quality human resources, to be able to carry out its duties properly so that The Bank can achieve the goals (goals) that highly coveted by The State, Society, Bank, as well as HR who are working at The bank. This is where the very dominant role and function of banking of human resources, because of the success of a Bank to implement and achieve the Short Term Program and especially the Long Term Program, highly determined by the human resources of The Bank with high integrity.
