Abstract
Learning organization is one of popular concepts in management literature in 1990’s. Learning is a deliberat effort by someone to change behaviour out of an interaction. The implication of learning organization are collective learning, question and answer session. Manager expects colleagues are parts of learning organization. Practice community is the combination of work and learning.
