Abstract

Stroke hemoragik adalah stroke yang disebabkan karena pecahnya pembuluh darah pada otak. Stroke menduduki peringkat kedua penyebab kematian utama di dunia dan hipertensi merupakan faktor risiko utama dari stroke yang dapat dimodifikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pasien hipertensi dengan stroke hemoragik pada pasien rawat inap di rumah sakit pusat otak nasional tahun 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Jumlah sampel adalah 52 pasien. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang ditentukan, dengan data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, hasil penelitian diolah menggunakan program komputer SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan untuk usia 20 pasien (38,5%) berusia 55-64 tahun, jenis kelamin menunjukan 35 pasien (67,3%) berjenis kelamin pria, pendidikan pasien menunjukan 26 pasien (50%) tamat SMA, sebanyak 32 pasien (61,5%) masih bekerja, derajat hipertensi menunjukan 38 pasien (73,1%) dengan hipertensi derajat 2, sebanyak 51 pasien (98,1%) dengan stroke hemoragik intraserebral./ Haemorrhagic stroke is caused by a ruptured blood vessel of the brain. Globally, stroke is the number two cause of death and hypertension is the main risk factor of stroke which is modifiable. This study aims to know the characteristics of inpatients with hypertension with haemorrhagic stroke in Rumah Sakit Pusat Otak Nasional (National Brain Center Hospital) in 2020. This study was a descriptive study design. There are 52 samples used in this study. Samples were chosen using total sampling method with determined inclusion and exclusion criterias, the datas were obtained from secondary datas, the results of this study were processed using SPSS. The result shows age 55-64 in 29 patients (55.8%), male gender in 35 patients (67,5%), senior high school diploma in 26 patients (50%), there are 32 patients (61.5%) are still working, stage 2 hypertension in 38 patients (73.1%), intracerebral haemorraghic stroke in 51 patients (98.1%).
