Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan sindrom kardiovaskular progresif yang timbul dari berbagai etiologi yang kompleks dan saling berkaitan, ditandai dengan peningkatan tekanan darah sistolik lebih dari atau sama dengan 140 mmHg atau tekanan darah diastolik lebih dari atau sama dengan 90 mmHg. Hipertensi merupakan salah satu faktor resiko utama terjadinya penyakit ginjal kronik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak hipertensi pada pasien penyakit ginjal kronik di RSU UKI periode 2019 – 2020. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah retrospektif. Sampel yang digunakan sebesar 58 pasien sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah data rekam medis pasien hipertensi di RSU UKI periode 2019 – 2020. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah pasien hipertensi dengan jenis kelamin laki – laki 23 orang (39,7%), jenis kelamin perempuan 35 orang (60,3%), pasien dengan kelompok usia 46 – 55 tahun dan 56 – 65 tahun 15 orang (25,9%). Hasil uji korelasi chi-square antara hipertensi dan penyakit ginjal kronik adalah p > 0.05, dapat disimpulkan bahwa di RSU UKI periode 2019 – 2020 hipertensi tidak berdampak signifikan pada penyakit ginjal kronik. / Hypertension is a progressive cardiovascular syndrome arising from complex and interrelated etiologies, characterized by an increase of systolic blood pressure higher than or equal to 140 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure higher than or equal to 90 mmHg. Hypertension is one of the main risk factors of chronic kidney disease. This research aims to know the impact of hypertension on chronic kidney disease patients in UKI General Hospital during 2019 – 2020. The design of this research was retrospective. The sample used was 58 patients in accordance with inclusion criteria. The instruments used are medical records of hypertension patients in UKI General Hospital during 2019 – 2020. The results showed 23 (39.7%) patients of hypertension were male, 35 (60.3%) patients of hypertension were female, 15 (25.9%) patients of hypertension aged 46 – 55 years and 56 – 65 years. Results of the chi-square correlation test between hypertension and chronic kidney disease obtained p > 0.05, it was concluded that in UKI General Hospital during 2019 – 2020 hypertension has no significant impact on chronic kidney disease.
