Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis seberapa jauh variabel independen disiplin kerja dosen dan kompetensi dosen berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa Universitas Esa Unggul Jakarta, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen disiplin kerja dosen dan kompetensi dosen terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa ditentukan oleh persamaan regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda. Untuk mengetahui signifikansi, data yang diperoleh dari kuesioner diuji validitasnya melalui validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas dan linieritas. Metode analisis menggunakan uji t dan uji F dengan pemrosesan data menggunakan software SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel disiplin kerja dosen terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa sebesar 29,00%, dimana nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,538,dengan persamaan regresi Y=12.605+0,146X1, dan uji t diperoleh thitung> ttabel (5,851 > 1,667),(2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel kompetensi dosen terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa sebesar 27,30%, dimana nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,523, dengan persamaan regresi Y=13.339+0,088X2, dan uji t diperoleh thitung> ttabel(5,618 > 1,667),(3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel disiplin kerja dosen dan kompetensi dosen secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa sebesar 32,60%, dimana nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,571 dan persamaan regresi Y=11,455+0,091X1+0,047X2, dan uji F diperoleh fhitung> ftabel (20,046 > 3,11). Kata kunci: Disiplin Kerja Dosen, Kompetensi Dosen, Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa / The purpose of this study is to analyze how far the independent variables of lecturer discipline and lecturer competence have an effect on to student achievement of Esa Unggul University Jakarta, either partially or simultaneously. To determine the influence of independent variable to work discipline of lecturer and lecturer competence to student achievement determined by simple regression equation and multiple regression. To determine the significance, the data obtained from the questionnaire tested its validity through validity, reliability, normality and linearity. The analysis method uses t-test and F-test with data processing using SPSS version 20 software. The results of this research shows that (1) there is positive and significant influence between the variables of the lecturer discipline to the students' achievement of 29.00%, where the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.538, with regression equation Y=12.605+0.146X1, and t-test is obtained by tcount> ttable (5,851> 1,667), (2) there is positive and significant influence between lecturer competence variable to student's learning achievement 27,30%, where the correlation coefficient value is 0,523, with regression equation Y=13.339+0,088X2, and t-test is obtained tcount> ttable (5,618> 1,667), (3) there is positive and significant influence between lecturer discipline variable and lecturer competence together to student achievement 32,60%, where the correlation coefficient value equal to 0,571 and equation Regression Y=11.455+0.091X1+0.047X2, and F test is obtained fcount> ftable (20,046> 3,11).
