Abstract
This study aims to to improve students' speech skills after the Flipped Classroom learning method is implemented.This research is a classroom action research. The data collection instrument used was writing a speech script with actual problems and followed by a speech performance. The research shows that there is an increase in the speech skills students by applying the Flipped Classroom model. The average score acquisition of the class on reflection before the application of the Flipped Classroom method was 72.07, an increase in the first cycle to 73.50 and in the second cycle learning process increased to 84.00. The student’s success percentage in speech skills to achieve classical completeness using the Flipped Classroom method reaches 96.42%.
