Abstract
This study is about the effect of organizational climate on service quality. The purpose of doing this study is finding out the effect of organizational climate on service quality. It was done at Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI). The method of the study used is quantitative with survey design. The population of the study is the employees of UKI (234 Employees) while the sample of the study is 150 employees. The instrument of this study was a set of questionnaire which consisted of 27 statements. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis techniques, data analysis with statistical statistics and test the analysis requirements. The findings of facts and data in the analysis of this study further support the direct influence between organizational climate and service quality. From the finding, it is concluded that the increasing organizational climate will have an impact on improving the quality of service for employees of the Universitas Kristen Indonesia.
