Abstract

Sifera Cristin, Analisis Pengaruh Komunikasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Kurir J&T Express Cabang Agus Salim Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Komunikasi dan Disiplin kerja terhadap Kinerja kurir J&T Express Cabang Agus Salim Kota Bekasi. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain kausal. Data dalam penelitiana ini dikumpulkan dari 40 sampel yang menjadi responden melalui kuesioner berbasis skala likert dan di analisis menggunakan uji Validitas, uji Reliabilitas, uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, uji t, uji F, dan Koefisien Determinasi yang diolah menggunakan software SPSS Versi 25. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh secara parsial dari Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja kurir J&T Express Cabang Agus Salim Kota Bekasi dengan nilai Sig 0,014 < 0,05. Dan variabel Disiplin Kerja juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap Kinerja Kurir dengan nilai Sig 0,004 < 0,05. Berdasarkan uji F Komunikasi, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Kurir J&T Express Cabang Agus Salim Kota Bekasi. This study aims to analyze the effect of communication and work discipline on the performance of J&T Express couriers, Agus Salim Branch, Bekasi City. By using quantitative research methods with a causal design. The data in this study were collected from 40 samples who became respondents through a Likert scale-based questionnaire and analyzed using the Validity test, Reliability test, Classical Assumption test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t test, F test, and Coefficient of Determination which were processed using SPSS Version 25 software. The results of the analysis show that there is a partial influence of communication on the performance of J&T Express couriers, Agus Salim Branch, Bekasi City with a Sig value of 0.014 < 0.05. And the Work Discipline variable also has a positive and significant effect on Courier Performance with a Sig value of 0.004 < 0.05. Based on the F test, Communication, Work Discipline simultaneously affect the performance of J&T Express Couriers, Agus Salim Branch, Bekasi City.
