Abstract

Transportasi udara memegang peranan penting diwilayah Papua karena kondisi geografisnya yang bergunung dan banyak tempat yang lebih mudah diakses menggunakan transportasi udara. Bandar Udara Mozes Kilangin Timika adalah salah satu bandara yang mampu melayani pesawat kecil, besar dan kargo diwilayah Papua dan bandar ini menjadi salah satu bandara tersibuk di Papua dan diprediksi lalu lintas pesawat dibandara tersebut akan semakin meningkat di tahun-tahun mendatang. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian pada bandara ini untuk memprediksi pergerakan pesawat 10 tahun kedepan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi dan melakukan kajian penambahan pesawat Airbus A330-200 dimasa mendatang. Analisis prediksi dan kajian penambahan Airbus A330-200 berdasarkan pada SKEP/77/VI/2005 dan ICAO (International Civil Aviation) sebagai panduan dalam merencanakan pengembangan runway, taxiway dan apron. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pergerakan pesawat pada jam puncak di tahun 2033 meningkat sebesar 23% untuk pesawat besar dan 77% pesawat kecil namun kapasitas runway dan apron saat ini masih dapat melayani pergerakan pesawat untuk 10 tahun kedepan. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa perencanaan penambahan pesawat Airbus A330-200 pada bandara tersebut dibutuhkan penambahan panjang runway dari 2390 m menjadi 2860 m. Kata Kunci: Apron, Runway, Taxiway, Airbus A330-200 / Air transportation plays an essential role in the Papua region because of its mountainous geographical conditions and many places that are more easily accessible by air transportation. Mozes Kilangin Timika Airport is one of the airports that can serve small, large, and cargo aircraft in the Papua region; this city is one of the busiest airports in Papua, and it is predicted that aircraft traffic at the airport will increase in the coming years. Therefore, research at this airport was carried out to predict the movement of aircraft in the next 10 years using regression analysis and conducting a study on the addition of Airbus A330-200 aircraft in the future. Prediction analysis and mining study of the A330-200 based on SKEP/77/VI/2005 and ICAO (International Civil Aviation) as a guide in planning the development of runways, taxiways, and aprons. This study shows that there will be an increase in aircraft movements during peak hours in 2033 by 23% for large aircraft and 77% for small aircraft, but the current runway and apron capacity can still serve aircraft movements for the next 10 years. The results of this study also show that the plan to add Airbus A330-200 aircraft to the airport requires an increase in runway length from 2390 m to 2860 m. On the other hand, the current apron dimensions can still serve Airbus A330-200 planned aircraft. Keywords: Apron, Runway, Taxiway, Airbus A330-200
