Abstract

Latar belakang masalah ini adalah Hasil belajar yang rendah matematika peserta didik SMAN 71 Jakarta dan peserta dididk sulit memahami beberapa materi dengan model pembelajaran konvensional terhadap pelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tau “perbedaan hasil belajar matematika yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dan model pembelajaran konvensional”. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu rancangan yang berfokus pada metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan quasi- eksperimental design. Dalam kasus ini, populasi yang dimaksud adalah semua siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 71 Jakarta.Teknik sampel yang akan digunakan yaitu Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah berupa tes pre-test yang diberikan sebelum intervensi pembelajaran pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dan post-test yang diberikan sesudah intervensi pembelajaran pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, homogenitas dan uji T-Test dengan independent sampel test dengan bantuan SPPS26. Berdasarkan hasil uji Independent Samples Test, diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,004 yang lebih kecil dari taraf signifikansi 0,05. Selain itu, nilai t hitung sebesar 2,946 lebih besar dari nilai t tabel sebesar 1,994. maka nilai sig < 0,05 dengan begitu bisa diketahui bahwa H1diterima dan 0 ditolak, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis masalah (PBL) akan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas X SMAN 71 Jakarta. Model pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan kepada peningkatan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas X SMAN 71 Jakarta. Penerapan model ini mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dibandingkan dengan pembalajaran konvensional, siswa lebih terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran dan mencapai hasil belajar yang lebih baik. The background of this problem is the low learning outcomes of students in mathematics at SMAN 71 Jakarta and students have difficulty understanding some materials with conventional learning models for mathematics lessons. This study aims to find out "differences in mathematics learning outcomes using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model and conventional learning models". The method used in this study is a design that focuses on the quantitative approach method with quasi-experimental design. In this case, the population in question is all class X students at SMA Negeri 71 Jakarta. The sampling technique that will be used is Purposive Sampling. The data collection technique in this study is in the form of a pre-test given before the learning intervention in the experimental class and control class and a post-test given after the learning intervention in the experimental class and control class. The data analysis techniques used are validity, reliability, normality, homogeneity and T-Test tests with independent sample tests with the help of SPPS26. Based on the results of the Independent Samples Test, a level of 0.05. In addition, the t-count value of 2.946 is greater than the t-table value of 1.994. then the sig value <0.05 so that it can be seen that H1 is accepted and 0 is rejected, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the problem-based learning (PBL) model on the mathematics learning outcomes of class X students of SMAN 71 Jakarta. The problem-based learning (PBL) learning model has a positive and significant effect on improving the mathematics learning outcomes of class X students of SMAN 71 Jakarta. The application of this model can improve student learning outcomes compared to conventional learning, students are more involved in the learning process and achieve better learning outcomes.s
