Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran layanan bimbingan karier dalam perencanaan karier siswa kelas XI di SMA Angkasa 1 Halim Perdanakusuma. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi respons siswa selama pelaksanaan bimbingan karier serta mengidentifikasi berbagai hambatan yang dihadapi oleh siswa selama proses bimbingan karier. Penelitian menggunakan desain One-Group-Pretest-Posttest Design. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penyebaran angket, dan dokumentasi. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI SMA Angkasa 1 Halim Perdanakusuma yang berjumlah 8 orang yang dianalisis menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan bimbingan karier efektif dalam membantu peserta didik merencanakan karier mereka. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil pengolahan data yang menunjukkan nilai Uji Homogenitas dengan Sig 0,562, memenuhi syarat karena nilai Sig. > 0,05. Selain itu, hasil Uji Normalitas menunjukkan nilai 0,413 untuk Pre-test dan 0,542 untuk Post-test, yang juga memenuhi syarat karena nilainya lebih besar dari 0,05. Selanjutnya, hasil Uji T dalam penelitian ini juga memenuhi syarat dengan nilai yang kurang dari 0,05, yaitu 0,000. Hal ini mengindikasikan adanya perubahan yang signifikan dan nyata dalam kemampuan perencanaan karier antara Pre-test dan Post-test. Setelah mengikuti layanan bimbingan karier, peserta didik memperoleh wawasan baru tentang dunia karier, mendapat motivasi untuk memperdalam perencanaan karier mereka, serta dapat mengenali bakat mereka dengan lebih baik. Hal ini membantu mereka dalam menentukan perencanaan karier yang tepat./This research aims to explore the role of career guidance services in career planning for class XI students at SMA Angkasa 1 Halim Perdanakusuma. Apart from that, this research also aims to evaluate student responses during the implementation of career guidance and identify various obstacles faced by students during the career guidance process. The research used a One-Group-Pretest-Posttest Design. The data collection techniques used in this research are distributing questionnaires and documentation. The respondents in this research were 8 class XI students at SMA Angkasa 1 Halim Perdanakusuma who were analyzed using a purposive sampling technique. The research results show that career guidance services are effective in helping students plan their careers. This can be seen from the results of data processing which shows the Homogeneity Test value with Sig 0.562, fulfilling the requirements because the Sig value. > 0.05. Apart from that, the Normality Test results show a value of 0.413 for the Pre-test and 0.542 for the Post-test, which also meets the requirements because the value is greater than 0.05. Furthermore, the T Test results in this research also meet the requirements with a value of less than 0.05, namely 0.000. This indicates that there is a significant and real change in career planning abilities between the Pre-test and Post-test. After participating in career guidance services, students gain new insight into the world of careers, gain motivation to deepen their career planning, and can better recognize their talents. This helps them in determining the right career planning.
