Abstract

ABSTRAK Reformasi Hukum Dan Ekosistem Tata Kelola Minerba Atas Pencabutan Ijin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) Di Indonesia Serta Dampaknya Terhadap Pelaku Usaha. Serta Dampaknya Terhadap Pelaku Usaha. Sehingga Dalam perbaikan di bidang hukum dalam upaya penataan regulasi yang berkualitas bersih dan akuntabel pada Kementerian/Lembaga dan Pemerintah Daerah. Reformasi hukum atau reformasi hukum adalah proses mengkaji undang-undang yang ada, dan menganjurkan serta menerapkan perubahan dalam sistem hukum, biasanya dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan keadilan atau efisiensi.
