Abstract
Medicinal plant since ancient times until now a major proponent of human health. The World Health Organization estimates that approximately 60-80% of world population is still in his pocket tradsional treatment. Cure of disease based on traditional medicine to fully utilize the practical expenence of medicinal plants andtraditional medicine as a media.lncomplete information, especially regarding the toxiaty, dosage and mamfaat owned by medicinal plants and tradihonal medicine resulted in a reludane ta use formal health professions. So that traditional mediane is integroted with formal treatment needs to be done in an integrated re' search on traditional medicines include botanical, phytochemicol, bioassay, preclinical testing and clinical trials.
